5 About us Description of services Transfers : Arrivals : Our driver welcomes your customers at the arrivals gate. Your clients will find him by looking for the board he is holding showing their names or tour operator logo. If your clients need any assistance or cannot find our driver they should call our hotline number on +33 (0) and Tour Azur back office will be available to assist them immediately. Our driver will then courteously transport your client to their hotel or place of residence. Departures : Our driver will collect your clients from their hotel or place of residence at a previously arranged time. Your clients will then be transported in comfort and style to the airport to arrive before the requested time window. Our driver will then direct your customers to their correct check in counter, personally assisting as and when requested (may incur supplement). Chauffeur Driven Car : Disposals are undertaken in a vehicle of the clients choosing. The time, location and duration of which are arranged entirely in accordance with the needs of each individual customer. Tour Azur can supply both standard and luxury vehicles for this service making it the perfect solution for VIP's and those visiting the area on business. 5

6 About us Tailor-made tours : Tours are undertaken in an 8 seat MPV. Our driver collects each client at the start of the tour from their hotel or place of residence and returns them to that location at the end of the tour. Guidance is given by our driver in a language suitable to each client as they enjoy their journey around the towns and villages of their choosing. Tours will vary in duration according to type. Both full and half day tours are available. Sightseeing tours : Guided sightseeing tours are undertaken in an 8-seater MPV with commentary provided by the driver. The language/s required must be stipulated upon reservation of the tour. Commentaries are delivered in the vehicle. Visiting times for sites will be given by the driver upon arrival and in accordance with the tour in progress. The individual client's hotel or place of residence is the location point of departure and return. 6

Required by law to carry fare-paying passengers and they all have a first-aid qualification. Our 2-month in-house driver training program is your guarantee of a first class experience. Our drivers are also checked daily to ensure that they are conforming to the EU Driving Hours Regulations, and the Road Transport Directives in accordance with each type of operation. 32 Terms & CONDITIONS General terms & Conditions of sale Terms & Conditions - Sightseeing tours for individuals Guided sightseeing tours are undertaken in an 8-seater MPV with commentary provided by the driver and is a "door to door service". All prices are given per person. Clients should be ready at least 15 minutes before the departure time. The language/s required must be stipulated upon reservation of the tour. Our driver/guides are not obliged to accompany clients onto or inside the excursion site or tourist attraction. Visiting times for sites will be given by the driver upon arrival and in accordance with the tour in progress. All personal effects are entirely the responsibility of the client. The individual client's hotel or place of residence is the location point of departure and return. Maximum driver "waiting time" for your client is 15 minutes after the official departure time. Departure and return times may vary in accordance to traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Tour Azur cannot be held responsible for inclement weather. Neither can it be held responsible for delays due to aforementioned traffic conditions, other unforeseen circumstances or customer tardiness. Each tour requires a minimum of two people except for the Saint Tropez tour and the Saint Paul de Vence & wine tasting tour, a minimum of 4 people is required. For Cannes departure there is a required minimum of 2 people. Unless otherwise stated, meals and entry prices to excursion sites are not included in the tour price. Discounts and additional charges cannot be aggregated with any other form of reduction. For all tours with persons departing from Cannes please add 21 per person and allow a further 45 minutes to 1,5 hours due to pick-up and drop off of the clients. There is an additional charge per person for collection or return of any person outside the perimeters of the departure towns stated in the brochure. There is a 50 % discount for children under 12 available based upon the provision of one full-fare paying adults. Prices include fuel, motorway tolls, parking fees and dri ver's lunch. 34 Terms & CONDITIONS General terms & Conditions of sale Terms & Conditions - Airport transfers for individuals Arrivals : Meet and greet service provided at the airport arrivals terminal at the scheduled arrival time. Tour Azur will carry a board bearing the agent's logo or client name. Departure is immediate and a maximum of a 45-minute waiting time will be tolerated. Your client will then be delivered to their hotel or place of residence. Bottle of water (33cl) are provided for all transfers undertaken beyond Cannes/Monaco. Departures : Collection from hotel or place of residence; the time and location of which would have been stated upon booking or reservation. (These should both be re -confirmed by the driver upon client's arrival.) "Set down" will be at the appropriate flight terminal. Full payment will be due for all "Absentee" or "No Show" clients. If a client delays collection by more than 1 hour, the client will be liable for a fee charged per waiting hour. This charge must be settled prior to the vehicle's departure. 34

35 Terms & CONDITIONS General terms & Conditions of sale Terms & Conditions - General Information Reservations : We can take reservations by telephone, fax or Internet ; either directly by the client or by an intermediary. Proof of confirmation by Tour Azur is necessary in order to validate the reservation. A deposit or other payment guarantee may be requested upon reservation. A quotation can't be considered as a final booking and we will need a final confirmation to validate the booking. All prices needed that do not appear on our price list will have to be asked out on a specific quotation. Cancellations : Cancellations are free of charge when accepted up to 48 hours in advance unless otherwise agreed. Between 48 hours and 24h00 50% will be charged. Cancellations 24h00 before the start of the booking time or on the spot will be charged at 100% on the original price. Cancellation policy F1 MONACO GP : 50% if cancellation 7 days prior / 100% if cancellation 3 days prior Payment : All services are on a pre-payment basis unless otherwise agreed. Accounts will be charged at the end of each month. Payments are accepted by credit card (Please be aware that we do not accept American Express credit cards) and wire transfers. At least we will not accept a pre-payment by wire transfer which will take place one week before the start of the service; only credit card will be accepted to confirm the booking. 35

There is an increase of 25% before07:00 and after 20:00. Charges for transfers are applicable from moment of boarding. There is an additional charge for every supplementary pick-up and drop-off on transfers. Our prices aren't commissionable on the Saturday and the Sunday of The Monaco Grand Prix. The Tour Azur guarantee : All Tour Azur staff and any individuals subcontracted by Tour Azur have in possession of all valid certification required by law, have obtained the necessary qualifications and attained the required professional capabilities and standard demanded by all Tour Azur employees.
