2 ITINERARY SEPTEMBER 23 rd CANADA DEPARTURE Canada departure. Important to be at the airport at least three (3) hours prior to departure time and present yourself at the airline counter. (Depending on the airline indicated on your electronic tickets) Please register your luggage directly to Nice. SEPTEMBER 24 th NICE - ST-LAURENT-DU-VAR After a connection in Europe, arrival in Nice and transfer to the residence. Check in and rest of the day at leisure. An informative session with Johanne & Don will be organized. Accommodation: Heliotel Marine in a studio or in a one bedroom apartment for the next 28 nights. SEPTEMBER 25 th to OCTOBER 20 th or 21 st Days at leisure. 3 Residence Heliotel Marine St-Laurent du-var RESIDENCE INFORMATION Heliotel Marine is an apartment complex. It is not a hotel or a resort even if some hotel services are included or payable at destination (please read carefully your accommodation voucher for the included and not included services). Saint-Laurent-Du-Var: a festive town in bloom'. A few kilometers from Nice, the residence is facing the marina and it is only 100m from the beaches in St-Laurent-du-Var. Located on the Côte d'azur, between Cannes and Monaco and on the doorstep of Nice. WiFi available in the units ($). 3

4 Your residence The residence offers a swimming pool opened from April to November, a children's pool, 2 tennis courts and a playground. The self catering holiday apartments, decorated with a Mediterranean influence, offer air conditioning to maximize the comfort. Leisure and activities in surrounding area of Saint-Laurent-du-Var A number of activities are available both in the residence and in the local area, such as: water activities varying between the residence s swimming pool and the beach, directly accessible on foot from the residence. Sports and activities: water sports, golf, horseback riding, tennis... Côte d'azur s exceptional sites: Nice and the Promenade des Anglais, the Principality of Monaco, Cagnes sur Mer, the billionaires of the "Montmartre of the Côte d'azur" Cap Ferrat peninsula, Saint Paul-de-Vence, a city of artists, Mougins, the "garden city" and Grasse. 4

6 IMPORTANT NOTICE This is a residence, neither a hotel/apartment complex nor a "resort". The services offered are paid or prepaid and calculated according to the terms of your purchase. The units are located in different Time Sharing buildings. Some residences doesn t provide any restaurant, the front desk receptions opening hours are restricted, the extra services you would required will have to be prepaid or paid on the spot (weekly cleaning / change of bed linen and towels/ final cleaning etc...) Some residences cannot provide or guarantee a pool / sea view room prior arrival, and if it s available upon arrival a charge will apply in order to move to a pool or sea view room. The restaurants & swimming pool provided by the Residence are usually not open from November to April; the TV in the room only provides local channels (mostly French). The Pierre Vacances units are sometimes more than 3 times less expensive then 2* hotels on the French Riviera, it is a good option for family, single travelers or couples who wants to travel with a small budget. We do not recommend this accommodation for clients that are used to book 3* or 4* hotel type accommodation and services. If it s the case we will be pleased to offer you another accommodation and provide the best price available.
