However, this allowance will be reduced if certain expenses are met by the organisers. The daily allowances will be reimbursed, after the workshop, by bank transfer. TRAMWAY - The tramway runs from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (01:00am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday). Frequency : 3 to 5 minutes during the day; 8 to 15 minutes afterwards. ALIFS Association for Family and Social Intercultural Links whose aims include the integration of immigrants or immigrant children, the fight against racism and all forms of discrimination, especially through access to different rights (civic, educational, cultural...) and the intercultural dimension. This project is above all a human project: dozens of associations and inhabitants of the district wanted convivial, diverse and solidary facilities. That explains why, from the beginning of their considerations, the associations express their wish to preserve the Moats market as a place for exchange: to share, to search, to find, to orate, to discover, to meet people, to discuss, to stroll, to exchange, to build projects together... even trade, negotiate, exchange knowledge, skills, helps, moments of culture and conviviality.
