1 In the Eve of the New Year we spoke with Adir El Al, Airport City CEO about his impressions on past year and future of ACB Uo~i Nove godine razgovaramo s Adirom El Alom, generalnim direktorom ACB-a o protekloj godini i periodu ispred nas When you believe... in dreams It is nice to tell the story about the experience of our work in Serbia just around the time of New Year, as a little fairytale: all the tasks that we have undertaken with our Serbian partners which, concerning construction is almost 100 per cent of activities were completed on time. At the beginning there were problems, but in my experience these were not dissimilar to problems in other countries. We have a great team of experts from Africa Israel and Tidhar which have provided know-how. Through the skill of local workers, with the assistance of machines and materials, the highest quality of our experience in Serbia has become a recipe for success in the domain of international companies. We are completing construction of the last building, which began seven months ago and tenants will begin moving in soon. We have implemented the American dream with the new building, as well as with the previous, and that dream could be summarised in the following sentence: when you believe in yourself you can do everything. Airport City in 2009 Every year a new phase of Airport City's construction has been completed. This time I am happy to announce the New Year's present for our clients and future tenants: the new building. It will have 10,000 square metres of business space and will cover an area of 1,700 square metres and is ready for new clients to move in - in January 2009! Continuing on 04 Uo~i Nove godine vredi ispri~ati jos jednom iz na{eg ugla ne{to o iskustvu rada u Srbiji - pomalo je kao bajka: sve poslove koje smo ugovarali sa srpskim partnerima, a to je, {to se gradnje i svega drugog na terenu ti~e, skoro100 odsto poslova, bili su zavr- {avani na vreme. Na po~etku je bilo problema, ali po mom iskustvu ni sli~no kao u nekim drugim zemljama. Imamo odli~an tim na{ih stru~njaka iz Afrika Izraela i Tidhara koji je doneo know how. Uz ve{tinu doma}ih radnika, uz pomo} ma{ina i materijala najboljeg kvaliteta na{e iskustvo u Srbiji je postalo recept za uspeh u okviru internacionalne kompanije. U Airport City se zavr{ava poslednji objekat ~ija je gradnja po~ela pre sedam meseci i ~ije useljavanje po~inje u decembru. Implementirali smo "ameri~ki san" na novoj zgradi, kao i na prethodnima, a on bi se mogao sa`eti u slede}oj re~enici: kad veruje{ u sebe-mo`e{ sve. To zna~i da smo veruju}i u cilj koji smo postavili mogli i da ga dostignemo. ACB u 2009 Airport City svake godine zavr{ava novu fazu gradnje. Sre}an sam {to ovom prilikom mogu da najavim skoro novogodi{nji poklon na{im korisnicima i budu}im stanarima: nova zgrada je zavr{ena u rekordnom roku za oko sedam meseci. 2 02 03 A Shop for Workaholics The ACB Telenor shop is characteristic because this space is often used by our colleagues from the Sales Department for meetings with partners. What they talk about they can also show right there at the Telenor shop in ACB. The shop has two entrances, an external one and another from the Expo Centre This shop is similar to other Telenor shops in terms of concept, design and equipment, but is characterised by its location. A lot of people works in ACB, some of them spend a whole day here, so they can use a break to shop for Telenor products here. The shop is also open on Saturdays. Editor s word Dear reader, In December we usually tend to look back on the past year. I sincerely wish you to feel pride and satisfaction with your past year's achievements. Despite the fact that all economical parameters are predicting a turbulent and heavy year ahead worldwide, I believe that every hardship becomes easier if taken as a challenge. With this in mind, we spoke to Katarina Panic, Expo Centre Manager "On the ground floor of our building in Airport City, a space of 1000 square metres is intended for meetings of various kinds. It is divided into an Expo and Intro Centre, covering 500 square metres each. The Intro Centre consists of one large hall and five smaller and is mostly used for internal gatherings, education and business activities of Telenor employees. The Expo Centre, which was opened in 2007, is a link in communication between our Company and the external public. There are two halls and a small press centre. Telenor, which operates in 12 countries, has only opened this kind of space in Oslo. According to our company policy, we let this space to our collaborators and partner companies. As a major provider of mobile services, we always try to make our offer new and fresh. In addition, as a large company we also try to fit in the local environment and to contribute to the community as much as possible. For instance, the whole of our business space in ACB is decorated with pieces of Serbian contemporary art. Our activities are not tied to certain dates; they are taking place all around the year. For instance, Telenor was a sponsor of the Serbian Olympics team, which included all year activities. In future we plan to continue this tradition of live activities in our premises - from parties for the staff to large events, such as B92's humanitarian action for the purchase of a mamograph, where we were both hosts of the final ceremony and a donor. I would like to mention also Smart kolektiv, a non-profit governmental organisation. They have organised an exhibition of non-profit ideas called 'Partnership for Success', aimed at raising public awareness of the issue of socially responsible programmes and creating a friendlier climate for business partnership in that context. What about New Year? In December a promotion of the Telenor calendar is going to take place. This corporate calendar has become our tradition. In this way we want to give a nice present not only to our staff but also to our associates, partners and neighbours. The calendar is promoting our projects from last year. As people tell us, we make the best parties in Airport City, for the staff, for partners as well as VIP parties. One to remember was when we had a huge tent outside. Of course, this happens once or twice a year, but in our Expo Centre we have dynamic activities all year round. Telenor Expo Centar Segment poslovanja Telenora, koji mi iz ACB-a bolje vidimo nego drugi vezan je najvi{e za aktivnosti Expo centra. Razgovarali smo sa Katarinom Pani}, glavnom manad`erkom Telenorovog EXPO centra koji se nalazi u Airport City-u U prizemlju na{e poslovne zgrade u Airport City-u ure en je prostor od 1000 kvadratnih metara namenjen skupovima razli~itih vrsta. Podeljen je u dve celine: Expo i Intro centar, oba na oko 500 kvadratnih metara. I kao {to im ime ka`e, Intro centar (sa velikom salom i pet manjih odvojenih) uglavnom se koristi za interne skupove, edukaciju i poslovne aktivnosti zaposlenih u Telenoru. Expo centar koji je otvoren godine predstavlja sponu u komunikaciji na{e kompanije i "eksterne javnosti". Tu su dve sale i mali pres centar. Ina~e, Telenor koji posluje u 12 zemalja ovakav prostor ima jo{ samo u Oslu. Prodavnica za radoholi~are Prodavnica Telenora u Airport Cityju je specifi~na po tome {to ovaj prostor koriste ~esto na{e kolege iz prodaje koji dr`e sastanke sa partnerima u Expo centru, a ono o ~emu razgovaraju mogu da konkretno poka`u upravo u Telenorovoj prodavnici u Airport Cityju, koja ima dva ulaza, jedan spoljni, a drugi iz Expo centra ~iji je zapravo deo. Po konceptu, opremljenosti i dizajnu je sli~na ostalim Telenorovim prodavnicama, ali je i posebna upravo po lokaciji. Ovde u ACB-u radi puno ljudi, neki po ceo dan. Oni mo`da u kraju gde `ive nemaju sli~nu prodavnicu, pa u toku pauze mogu ovde da kupuju. Prodavnica radi i subotom. U skladu sa na{im ciljevima mi ovaj prostor ustupamo na{im saradnicima i partnerskim kompanijama iako nam to nije primarno. Kompanija Telenor je veliki provajder mobilnih usluga i trudimo se da na{a ponuda korisnicima bude uvek nova i sve`a. Kao velika kompanija tako e nam je va`no da se uklopimo u sredinu u kojoj poslujemo i da doprinesemo dru{tvenoj zajednici {to je vi{e mogu}e. Ceo na{ radni prostor u ACB-u ukra{en je npr. delima savremene srpske umetnosti. U prethodnih godinu dana Expo centar su koristili i drugi, izme- u ostalih kompanije Merk i Adria medija za svoje event-e. Ina~e ne vezujemo se samo za odre ene datume u godini, nego se aktivnosti odvijaju kontinuirano. Telenor je bio sponzor olimpijskog tima Srbije i u tom svojstvu smo bili prisutni cele godine. Nastavi}emo tradiciju zanimljivih aktivnosti kao i u godini. Od `urki za zaposlene do doga aja kakav je bio zavr{etak donatorske akcije B 92 za kupovinu mamografa, na kome smo bili doma}ini i donatori u akciji. Pomenula bih i manifestaciju Smart kolektiva - neprofitne vladine organizacije koja je krajem septembra imala izlo`bu pod nazivom Partnerstvo za uspeh, sa ciljem da se podigne svest o neophodnosti saradnje kompanija i stvori povoljnoja klima za biznis partnerstvo. A Nova godina? Promociju Telenorovog kalendara organizujemo sredinom decembra. Ovaj korporativni kalendar postaje na{a tradicija i mi na taj na~in `elimo da damo lep poklon ne samo na{im zaposlenima, nego i na{im saradnicima, partnerima i kom{ijama. Kalendar je promocija projekata koje smo imali u toku prethodne godine. Ina~e, ka`u nam da pravimo najbolje `urke u Airport City-u, kako za zaposlene tako i za na{e partnere. Ona koja se pamti bila je pro{logodi{nja VIP kada smo napolju imali i veliku {atru. Naravno, to se doga a jednom ili dvaput godi{nje, ali na{ Expo centar `ivi cele godine New services in ACB Nove usluge u ACB-u Pharmacy Ikifarm On Wednesday, 3rd December, pharmacy Ikifarm was opened in Airport City. According to the results of our short survey, tenants of ACB couldn't wait to have a pharmacy within the business park. According to the announcement of the manager, Mrs. Jelena Popoviæ-Mehmedagiæ, the pharmacy will be open on weekdays 8.30 AM - 6 PM, and, if necessary, also on Saturdays. "We have all the most needed medications; also we will offer our customers the opportunity to order any pharmaceutical product if needed," she added. Next to medications, the pharmacy offers a wide range of vitamins and minerals, as well as cosmetics and hygiene products, both by domestic and foreign manufacturers. On the very first day our customers told us that they are very pleased because a pharmacy was absolutely necessary in ACB. They used to say that in Airport City they have everything, but, since they work almost 24 hours, the only two things missing are "a bed and a pharmacy". Now, they've got a pharmacy for mutual pleasure, said the Manager of Ikifarm. DHL Otvorena Apoteka Ikifarm U sredu, 3. decembra u Airport City-u po~ela je da radi apoteka Ikifarm koja je, sude}i prema blic anketi, jedva do~ekana od stanara ACB-a. Apoteka }e, kako nam je najavila upravnica, Jelena Popovi}- Mehmedagi}, raditi svakog radnog dana od 8.30 do sati. Ukoliko bude potrebe, bi}e otvorena i subotom. "Ima}emo sve najpotrebnije i najtra`enije lekove, a svaki farmaceutski proizvod koji nedostaje mo}i }e i da se naru~i", dodala je ona. Pored lekova, apoteka nudi i {irok spektar vitamina i minerala, kao i kozmetiku i proizvode za zadovoljavanje higijenskih potreba, kako doma}ih tako i stranih proizvo a~a. Ve} prvog dana kupci su nam kazali da su veoma zadovoljni jer je apoteka u biznis parku bila neophodna. Rekli su nam da u Airport City-u imaju sve i da im, po{to rade takore}i 24 ~asa, nedostaju samo "krevet i apoteka". E, pa sad su dobili apoteku, na obostrano zadovoljstvo, kazala je upravnica Ikifarma. TERETANA CVE]ARA

3 04 05 Whats up 2, New Year 2009 square metres of contemporary office space that will have all the supporting facilities in a well planned, designed and realised modern business park by the end of 2010/2011. To date, about 62,000 square metres of office space have been occupied, marking a total investment of around 70 million. And by 2010 the investment will be around 100 million invested in the construction of the hotel and office space. The new phase of construction, which has already begun, will include the construction of two towers of 17 floors, square metres all together with an underground parking. One of them will house the hotel that will be managed by a company owned by Africa-Israel. Africa Israel already owns 22 hotels which will operate worldwide. The architect of the two buildings that will constitute the completion of ACB is Rani Ziss, whose designs include Plaza hotels in New York and Las Vegas. This is a very completed, but simultaneously perfect structure and some solutions are very avant-garde even for today's construction standards. However, what is most important is the quality of all basic solutions, technology and construction materials. Svi izvo a~i radova su iz Srbije i mi smo veoma zadovoljni. Uglavnom su sa nama isti izvo a~i sa kojima smo zapo~eli posao. Izme u ostalih, anga`ovana su doma}a preduze}a: Merkur, Ma{inoprojekt, Nissal, Primaco, Eurolift, Gemax, Mibo in`enjering, Multicon in`enjering, i drugi. Postoji nekoliko nivoa upravljanja projektom, a izraelski in`enjeri i menad`eri su ovde isklju~ivo u funkciji nadzornih organa. Ceo projekat Airport Citija karakteri{e profesionalnost, dobra organizacija, zadovoljstvo kllijenata, izvodja~a kao i investitora. Srbija je zemlja velikih potencijala, imate veoma kvalitetan i kvalifikovan tehni~ki i in`enjerski kadar. Ovaj prostor mo`e mnogo da ponudi investitorima, a Beograd je grad koji }e i dalje rasti i razvijati se. prostora koji }e imati i sve prate}e sadr`aje u dobro isplaniranom, projektovanom i realizovanom modernom biznis parku. All construction contractors are from Serbia and we are extremely satisfied, as demonstrated by the fact that we are mainly still working with the companies we engaged when we commenced construction. Amongst others, the domestic companies we are engaging include: Mercury, Ma{inoprojekt, Nissal, Primaco, Eurolift, Gemax, Mibo Engineering, Multicon Engineering, and others. Several levels of management of the project exist, and Israeli engineers and managers are exclusively functioning as oversight bodies. The entire Airport City project is characterised by professionalism, good organisation, client satisfaction, execution and provision of business. Serbia is a country of great potential and I can determine that the country has quality and qualified technical and engineering staff. To je veoma skup sistem, ali smo u njega investirali upravo radi postizanja najvi{eg stepena kvaliteta i dobre usluge, jer na{i klijenti zaslu`uju i o~ekuju najvi{i nivo....u projekat [to se ti~e "generalnog urbanisti~kog plana" Airport City-ja predstoji nam zavr{etak tre}e faze i po~etak ~etvrte i pete faze izgradnje ovog poslovnog grada u gradu koji }emo sve vi{e puniti i svim drugim sadr`ajima neophodnim za kompletan `ivot jednog takvog naselja. U gradnju hotela koja }e kako se o~ekuje biti okon~ana krajem godine bi}e ulo`eno 40 miliona evra i jo{ 17 miliona evra u unutra{nje ure enje.... da je novi stan i novi `ivot U petoj fazi planoramo izgradnju apartmana u pravcu To{inog bunara, koji }e biti kombinacija stanova razli~itih veli~ina koje }emo ponuditi na tr`i{tu, ali to je posao za neke budu}e godine i lokacija za nove bajke.... da i za krizu ima leka Ova kompanija ima jak "background" i nikad nije bilo problema. Naravno, kriza se ose}a svuda u svetu i u takvim vremenima dvaput se meri, a jednom se~e, kako ka`e stara poslovica. Kriza ili ne, oni koji su ve} do{li ostaju ovde, a sada je veliki izazov ubediti nove investitore da je Beograd bolja lokacija za ulaganje od zemalja u okru`enju. Mi to ~inimo sopstvenim primerom: imamo uspe{nu biznis pri~u, profitabilna smo kompanija koja raste, verujemo u potencijal Srbije i nastavi}emo da razvijamo ovaj projekat.

4 06 07 Whats up 2, New Year 2009 Milo{ Hetlerovi}, Assistant to the Mayor of New Belgrade Prioritising Infrastructure In order to get the lowdown on the work of our local government in the year ahead, we spoke to Milo{ Hetlerovi}, Assistant to the Mayor of New Belgrade, about the municipal authority's plans and priorities for Noting that much progress has been made in terms of the infrastructural and systematic development of the municipality over recent years, Hetlerovi} noted: "In the last six or seven years employment levels in New Belgrade have increased by some 40,000 working places, which is an increase of around 90% Moreover, we've also seen a marked increase in average earnings in the municipality, which is now 2.5 times higher than in According to data of the Statistical office of the Republic of Serbia, in June this year the average salary in New Belgrade was around 49,000 dinars, or 600, which puts it among the top three municipalities in Serbia, which is very significant since New Belgrade has by far the largest population of any municipality in the country." On the issue of relations between the municipal authorities and ACB occupants, Hetlerovi} explained: "As a municipal authority, we have very little power when it comes to co-operating with the business sector, in the sense that we're not in a position to exert a direct influence. However, we are trying to use some of our institutional authority to attempt to tackle any problems faced by the occupants of Airport City. In that sense, we are trying to establish a direct link, as the responsible local authority, and offer institutional support to resolve problems and make this an even better location for investment, which is as much in our interests as it is those who are investing here. "With this in mind, we have formed a Centre for Development and Local Economy. In the coming period, this Centre will be much more active in the role of building bridges of communication between commercial companies and the local government; this will be the place for all companies to receive information regarding the work of the municipal authority and gain assistance with problems, desires and shortcomings that they are facing." 2009 Priorities Turning to priorities for the year ahead, Hetlerovi} told us: "Our infrastructure priorities in 2009 will definitely include traffic issues, particularly in terms of our links to the city centre, as one of the key problems that residents of Airport City and other businesses in New Belgrade have certainly seen for themselves. "In conjunction with the City of Belgrade authorities, we have compiled plans that will see work completed on several important intersections. These include connecting [panskih Boraca Street with the University Colony, which will undoubtedly have a positive effect on the residents of Airport City. On the other side, Jurija Gagarina Street will be reconstructed to handle much greater volumes of traffic and, of course, the biggest infrastructure project to get underway this year is the bridge over Ada Ciganlija, which will have a massive effect on traffic flows and will completely alter the dynamic of the city once completed. "As a local authority, we are also keen to increase the number of available parking places in New Belgrade. As a result of the arrival of major companies and an increase in the number of cars owned by our residents, New Belgrade has found itself lacking sufficient parking places. With this in mind, we have promised to increase the number of parking spots available in the next two years by some 4,000 places, which would mark a major step towards solving this problem. "We are also endeavouring to further develop e-government solutions, in the sense that we want to make more information available online via our web portal, and we are awaiting progress at a national level on issues like electronic signatures." The local authorities are also planning to make more wireless internet hotspots available throughout the municipality. "At present we only have wireless internet in and around the Municipal building, as this was the most convenient first step, but in the coming months we plan to create hotspots in parts of the city where there are more recreational facilities, such as beside the rivers along the Danube and Sava quays. These may not be key to our business residents, but it will provide them with an opportunity to go online whilst they're out of the office enjoying the green areas of New Belgrade." Green issues The New Belgrade Municipal Authority views green and ecological issues as one of the most important segments of their work, according to Hetlerovi}: "we are currently considering and compiling a local ecological action plan, which will be a strategic document covering this area. However, in the meantime we have taken steps to improve recycling trends by introducing special bins for recyclable materials in certain parts of the municipality. We intend to broaden those activities to other parts of the municipality and other materials to include not only glass and metals, but also plastic, paper, etc." Another issue of great importance to the local authority is the improving of parks and open spaces. "We currently have projects underway to construct two brand new large parks in Blocks 62 and 63, and we hope to expand our plans to include the building of new green parks in other parts of the municipality. "We are also giving a high priority to the renewal of park benches, children's playgrounds, sports facilities and similar recreational areas of the municipality. Here we are looking for partners in the commercial sector who would like to contribute to the improvement of the community through CSR projects in conjunction with the local council." As the festive period is almost upon us, we asked Hetlerovi} to conclude by telling us about plans for the New Year period: "the main New Year programme is being organised by the City of Belgrade, but we will have a temporary ice rink within the Belgrade Arena and the streets of New Belgrade will be decorated and lit up, in order to bring the festive spirit to our roads, residents and business occupants." Kako bismo saznali vi{e kao "part time" stanovnici Novog Beograda o onome {to lokalna vlada planira u narednoj godini, razgovarali smo sa Milo{em Hetlerovi}em, pomo}nikom gradona~elnika Novog Beograda, o planovima i prioritetima op{tinskih vlasti u godini. Nagla{avaju}i da je poslednjih godina postignut veliki napredak {to se ti~e infrastrukturnog i sistemskog razvoja op{tine, Hetlerovi} kaze: "U poslednjih {est ili sedam godina stopa zaposlenosti je porasla za nekih radnih mesta, {to je porast od oko 90%. [tavi{e, svedoci smo i porasta prose~ne zarade u op{tini koja je sada 2,5 puta ve}a nego godine. Prema podacima Republi~kog zavoda za statistiku, u junu ove godine prose~na plata na Novom Beogradu je bila oko dinara, ili 600, {to zna~i da je me u prve tri op{tine u Srbiji, a na prvom mestu me u op{tinama ove veli~ine." Komentari{u}i odnosa izme u op{tinskih vlasti i stanara Airport City-a, Hetlerovi} obja{njava: "Kao op{tinska vlast, mi imamo malu mo} u re{avanju potreba poslovnog sektora, u smislu da nismo u poziciji da vr{imo direktan uticaj na pitanja koja nisu u na{oj neposrednoj nadle`nosti. Ipak, poku{avamo da koristimo ne{to od institucionalnog autoriteta na re{avanju eventualnih problema stanovnika Airport City-a. Uspostavi}emo direktnu vezu, kao odgovorna lokalna vlast, i poku{a}emo da ponudimo institucionalnu podr{ku kako bismo u~inili da ova lokacija postane jo{ privla~nija za investicije, {to je u na{em interesu koliko i u interesu investitora. Imaju}i ovo u vidu, osnovali smo Centar za razvoj lokalne ekonomije. U narednom periodu, ovaj Centar }e biti veoma aktivan u ulozi gra enja mostova komunikacije izme u komercijalnih preduze}a i lokalnih vlasti; to }e biti mesto na kome }e sve kompanije mo}i da dobiju informacije u vezi sa radom op{tinskih vlasti, pomo} u re{avanju problema, da predo~e svoje `elje kao i sa kakvim se nedostacima suo~avaaju." Prioriteti za Osvr}u}i se na prioritete u narednoj godini, Hetlerovi} nam je rekao: "Na{i infrastrukturni prioriteti u }e sigurno uklju~iti probleme prevoza, posebno {to se ti~e veza sa centrom grada, {to je jedan od klju~nih problema sa kojim se suo~avaju stanovnici Airport City-ja kao i drugi ~ije su poslovne prostorije na Novom Beogradu. U dogovoru sa vlastima Novog Beograda isplanirali smo radove na nekoliko va`nih raskrsnica. radi se o vezi ulice [panskih Boraca sa Univerzitetskom kolonijom, {to }e svakako imati pozitivan efekat za stanovnike Airport Cityja. S druge strane, ulica Jurija Gagarina }e se rekontruisati tako da }e mo}i da prihvati mnogo ve}u koli~inu saobra}aja i naravno, najve}i infrastrukturni projekat koji kre}e ove godine - most preko Ade Ciganlije koji }e zna~ajno uticati na tokove saobra}aja i koji }e, kada se zavr{i, potpuno promeniti dinamiku grada. Tako e `elimo da pove}amo broj parking mesta na Novom Beogradu. Kao jedna od posledica dolaska velikih kompanija na Novi Beograd, kao i pove}anog broja vozila na{ih stanovnika, javio se nedostatak parking prostora. Imaju}i to na umu, obe}ali smo da }emo u naredne dve godine pove}ati broj parking mesta za nekih 4.000, {to }e predstavljati ogroman korak u pravcu re{avanja ovog problema. "Tako e ula`emo napore da dalje razvijamo re{enja e-vlade u smislu da `elimo da pove}amo broj informacija koje su dostupne online preko na{eg veb portala. Tako e o~ekujemo napredak na republi~kom nivou na temu elektronskih potpisa". Lokalne vlasti tako e planiraju jo{ ta~aka be`i~nog interneta koji }e biti dostupan na celoj op{tini. "Sada imamo be`i~ni internet samo unutar i oko zgrade op{tine, s obzirom da je to bilo najzgodnije kao prvi korak, ali u narednim mesecima planiramo da napravimo punktove u delovima grada koji se koriste za rekereaciju, pored reka, du` kejova pored Save i Dunava. Iako ovo ne mora biti od klju~ne va`nosti za na{e poslovne stanovnike, ipak }e im obezbediti mogu}nost da budu online dok van kancelarije u`ivaju u zelenilu Novog Beograda". Zelene teme Prema Hetlerovi}u, op{tinske vlasti Novog Beograda gledaju na zelene i ekolo{ke teme kao na jedan od najva`nijih segmenata svog posla: "Trenutno se bavimo izradom lokalnog ekolo{kog akcionog plana koji }e biti strate{ki dokument koji pokriva ovu oblast. Naravno, u me uvremenu smo preduzeli korake da pobolj{amo trendove recikliranja uvo enjem posebnih kanti za materijale koji se recikliraju u odre enim delovima op{tine. Nameravamo da pro{irimo ove aktivnosti i na ostale delove op{tne i na druge materijale koji }e, osim stakla i metala, uklju~iti i plastiku, papir itd.". Slede}a va`na tema za lokalne vlasti je sre ivanje parkova i otvorenih prostora. " U toku su projekti izgradnje dva potpuno nova velika parka u Blokovima 62 i 63, a nadamo se da }e se planovi pro{iriti i uklju~iti pravljenje jo{ zelenih parkova i u drugim delovima op{tine. Prioritet, tako e, dajemo renoviranju klupa, de~jih igrali{ta, sportskih terena i sli~hih delova op{tine koji se koriste za rekreaciju. Tu tra`imo partnere u komercijalnom sektoru koji `ele da doprinesu razvoju op{tine preko CSR projekata u dogovoru sa lokalnim savetom". Kako je prazni~ni period pred nama, zamolili smo Hetlerovi}a da zaklju~i s planovima za novogodi{nje praznike: "Glavni novogodi{nji program organizuje grad Beograd, ali mi }emo imati privremeno klizali{te pored Beogradske arene a Novi Beograd }e biti ukra{en i osvetljen, da bismo prazni~ni duh doneli na ulice, stanovnicima i poslovnim stanarima N.Beograda".

TIME FOR TRAVEL Whats up 2, New Year 2009 Nowadays it is impossible to imagine a successful business without good communication channels. For instance, the internet has become our everyday need - and, as such, it should be fast, easy accessible and always available. Our job is supporting Airport City in IT and telecommunications, as well as maintaining of the network - services that we also offer to all tenants. We offer complete services and immediately by default. Our offer consists of Internet, telecommunications and cable TV (IPTV) which uses computer network for transfer. Besides standard, there is also a whole spectrum of services through Internet Protocol (IP) which involves voice, data and picture transfer" says Sasa Tajtacakovic, General Manager of IT 011. The very centre and heart of communication system are within ACB. The space is very well equipped and there is a team of experts, mostly electro engineers, constantly present. This centre controls the functioning of all ACB buildings, provides IT support to the company and all tenants. Separate electric generator units are installed in all buildings, which are of utmost importance for the functioning of lifts and other devices and equipment. Any possible problem is solved immediately by team working around the clock. As the first business park of this kind, Airport City was a professional challenge for us - today, our work done at Airport City is also an important reference. "Before, nobody in Serbia had ever done such a project. Although we were experienced in this kind of work, every solution we used here had to be designed by ourselves. Complete IT know-how in this unique business park is our team's work and this is, I can tell you, a significant reference for similar projects even abroad. Now we are facing a new task - to install IT and telecommunication services in the hotel that is going to be a part of Airport City. We have a lot of other facilities, such as restaurants, cafes, a supermarket at which I regularly shop, but a pharmacy was really necessary.
