Any boat owner moored in the UK in a MDL Marina will receive 2 days FREE mooring in St Vaast. You may wish to check out ACCOMMODATION: If you and/or crew are not intending to overnight on board, the recommended hostelry is L hôtel de France which has the wonderful restaurant Les Fuchsias where we will dine on Saturday evening. 5 cross-channel Cruise in Company RALLY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY It is the yacht owner s responsibility to ensure that the skipper and crew have the experience and competency necessary to ensure the safety of the crew and the vessel at all times whether afloat or ashore, and that the vessel is seaworthy, in good order, equipped to sail in the event and that the crew are fit to participate. The decision on whether it is safe and reasonable to put to sea, or remain at sea, remains the responsibility of the skipper. How a skipper chooses to proceed from one rally point to another is entirely his / her responsibility. The Club does not accept any responsibility for any injury sustained or property damaged in the course of participation in the Rally.
