ISA Towage B.V. (formerly known as V.O.F. Sleepboot ISA) has taken delivery of a Shoalbuster 3209 from Damen Shipyard Hardinxveld (DSHa) in august 2017.

After finishing the Maritime Academy Willem-Harm Mastenbroek has completed his apprenticeship on different ships namely coasters, suction hopper dredgers and stone fallpipe vessels.

3 History of the Company The company is founded in 2006 during the construction of the tug first ISA. The founder of the company Willem-Harm Mastenbroek comes from a shipping family that has been active from 1964 in the national as well as international shipping. After finishing the Maritime Academy Willem-Harm Mastenbroek has completed his apprenticeship on different ships namely coasters, suction hopper dredgers and stone fallpipe vessels. Once in the possession of its certificate as mate he joint his father aboard the coaster VIOS and NINA. On his 23rd he become master on the NINA on which he sailed from 1999 till 2001 In 2001 he decides to make the switch from the cargo trade to the towing industry where he joins the towing company Herman Sr B.V. from Dordrecht. After a period of more than four years working with Herman Sr B.V. on the tugs Knight-Buster, Tarka and Herman, he was given the chance to make his dream of becoming a private tug to accomplish to possess with the participation of Mr M. Hubregtse. Mr. Hubregtse was in the past also owner of tugs and was willing to establish V.o.f. tug ISA both financially and advise and assist during the construction and running of the company. 10 Deck layout: Deck Lay out: The deck machinery comprises a DMT AW200-H19K2 hydraulic driven Anchor Winch with a capacity of 15.3 t (m) at 10m/min. Two Pool (HHP) anchors of 360kg each with a 19 mm stud-link anchor chain 220 m. The DMT WATW-H1000KN towing winch has a towing pull capacity of 50 ton at 10m/min with a wire capacity of 800 mtrs with a diameter of 44 mm. She has a holding force of 150 tons. The anchor handling winch has a towing pull capacity of 100 tons at 5 m/min with a wire capacity of 600 mtrs wire of 40/50 mm. This winch has a holding force capacity of 150 tons. Further she has an electric driven spare wire reel of Dromec with a wire capacity of 800 mtrs with a diameter of 44 mm. The deck crane is from HS Marine type AKC210 16HE4 with a lifting capacity of 8 tons at 16 mtrs range. On the aft deck is a Dromec HPV tugger winch mounted with a capacity of 12 tons at 5-20 m/min.
