Welcomed into the State Drawing Room, you gather with your fellow guests for a glass or two of chilled champagne and a selection of irresistible canapés. You are then invited into the State Dining Room, where world leaders and celebrities were entertained, from Frank Sinatra and Ursula Andress to Presidents Mandela and Clinton.

18 A Royal experience Traditionally used by the Royal Family for cocktail parties and deck games, the Royal Deck is now a contemporary space with floor to ceiling glass windows. With spectacular views across the Forth, it is perfect for everything from product launches, to dinners and dancing.

22 The Officers Wardroom The Wardroom is where Britannia s Officers once dined and is now the perfect setting for private dining and smaller, more intimate occasions. Today 8-18 guests can experience a feast for the senses with a bespoke six-course tasting menu. When in service, a Wardroom dinner was a grand affair as Officers dressed in their Red Sea Rig comprising a white shirt, black trousers, patent leather shoes and cummerbund.

Whether it s beautiful background music during dinner, or a magnificent fireworks display, we are here to ensure your requirements are met. THE STATE APARTMENTS 1. With a country house appearance, the State Drawing Room is the perfect place to relax with a glass of champagne, catering for up to 100 people for an evening reception. 6. The State Dining Room is rich in history, perfect for an elegant dinner for up to 96 guests or for an evening reception venue for up to 150 guests. 10.
