27 The bevel and lead design is made up of individual pieces of glass and is encapsulated within 2 pieces of clear toughened glass and is predominantly obscure. Therefore it is not possible to change either the backing glass or design. Over 200 of these panels have been designed by our in house designers using the most up to date computer software combined with years of experience in lead design. We can quickly design a Unique door panel or fanlight from an impressive range of bevels and even copy your own design using our computer aided design system. All the bevels used in this brochure have been carefully selected using only glass bevels of the highest quality from the market's leading suppliers. 42

45 At Unique we offer a bespoke service designing a unique leaded light or creating a copy from your own design or artwork. Please ask for details. Fused Glass Tiles This symbol indicates that these door panels are made up in the following way, to create a stunning decorative effect which will bring an exciting new look to door panels: 'Fused glass tiles bonded to flat glass which is combined with sandblasted and/or glue chipped glass' Each tile is made from 3mm clear glass that is cut to shape. The design is then heat fused on top in coloured glass. Some small imperfections or seeds may occur as a result of this process but that only adds to the uniqueness of the finished products and should not be considered a defect. 43 Many of the exciting and stunning designs in the Unique door panel range can be incorporated into the sidelights of doors to create a truly impressive entrance to any home. We can also incorporate some designs into the fanlights of windows and conservatories.

A double glazed unit using 4mm toughened safety glass for safety and security. For extra security we also offer the option of a plywood security sheet. Glue chipping-the use of glue chipping has been used extensively in this brochure, which is of unconformed pattern and therefore no two pieces of glass will be the same. All the bevels used in this brochure are all glass cut bevels. Small inclusions may be found in some bevels. These should not be regarded as a fault. All panels are leaded with antique lead to reduce the effects of oxidisation as lead is a natural product and so may weather with age and time. Some of the coloured film used is marble and grain effect and so making each design unique as of the random pattern of the film. All sandblast shown in the brochure is sandblasted leaving the design clear. All photographs shown have been taken on a clear background. All our designs are handmade and therefore may vary slightly from the photographs shown. All woodgrain panels are extremely heat absorbent and therefore unsuitable for sunny or south facing locations. All Unique door panels are covered with a comprehensive guarantee. 45
