26 Alejandro Zozaya-Gorostiza CHIEF EXECUTIVEOFFICER APPLE LEISUREGROUP Alejandro Zozaya-Gorostiza, Managing Director of Apple Leisure Group, which includes Apple Vacations, Amstar DMC, AM Resorts, and UVC (Unlimited Vacation Club). CEO founder of AMResorts and has been dedicated to developing the concepts and brands of the company, helping the company to bec ome the leader in the luxury segment of vacation in Mexico and the Caribbean. Recognized by several publications and institutions for his successful initiatives and distinguished career. The most recent, in 2012, honored with the "Medalla al Liderazgo Anáhuac" ("Anahuac Leadership Medal") from the Universidad A nahuac del Sur in Mexico for the achievements made during his career and his enthusiasm for and interest in the Mexican tourism industry. In addition, the publication Expansion has included him, in the last three years, in its list of the 100 most important and influential businessmen of Mexico. Javier Coll De San Simón EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT APPLE LEISUREGROUP Javier Coll, with over 25 years of experience in operations and finance in the international hotel industry, has a degree in Ec onomics and Business from the University of Barcelona, and a master's degree in public funds and Tax Procedures. Coll is responsible among other things, growth, development, mergers and acquisitions group. Since the inception of the company, he held various positions, from been director of operations and vice president of operations to being chief financial officer, a position he held until the end of 2012, whenhe was promoted to executive vice president and chief scientific officer of Apple Leisure Group. Before joining AMResorts he was Deputy Manager of Mac Hotels, based in Palma de Mallorca, Chief Financial Officer of hotels and travel agencies as well as General Manager and Head of International of the Barceló Group in Spain.

27 GonzaloDel PeónSuárez PRESIDENT AM RESORTS A true traveler and expert in the travel industry, the president of AM Resorts, Gonz alo Del Peón Suárez, has ov er 25 years of ex per ience in sec tors suc h as sales, marketing and operational for AMResorts. Del Peón is not only responsible for relations with investors and ow ners, also oversees the development, implementation and monitoring of the company 's global marketing, sales and operational strategies. Del Peón is an engineer with an MBA from IPADE in Mexico City and began his prof essional career in brand managem ent for large companies like Proct er & Gamble. He has also served as adv isor to the Mexico Tourism Board, because of his excellent reputation in the tourism industry and his distinguished professional achievements. JoséAntonio Rivera VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT AM RESORTS Jose Antonio Rivera, vice president of dev elopment, has been the contact for all developm ent proj ects since He has supervised the renov ation of four, the ex pansion of three and the construction of eight new pr operties of the com pany, in addition to seeking new opportunities for ex pansion and growth. In his career until AMR esorts, include positions such asceo in Mansión Imperial Acapulco, Expo & Convention Center de Las Américas and Hotel Camino Real México. Member of Leading Hotels of the World, as well as the Landlords Representative of Ritz Carlton Cancun. He is a mem ber of the Association of Hotel Schools Europes and Founder / Honorary Lif e President. He received his PhD in Advanced Management from the Colegio de Graduados, Mexico.

28 GabrielMercadal PRESIDENT OBRATURGROUP Civil Engineer of roads, canals and ports of the Polytec hnic University of Barcelona. He bega n his career in Gr upo Aguas of Barcelona where he was Managing Director of the AGUAS Division, being responsible for about thirty commercial companies with an aggregate turnover of 625 Million dollar s and a staff of 5,000 workers. In the international field, intervened in achieving Contracts in Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay and Cuba. In 1999 he founded OBRATUR GROUP, SA, a company of his own, sinc e then he has been involved in the promotion of more than 3,000 hotel rooms in several countries, espec ially in the Caribbean Area. He has also acted in the construction, remodeling, ur banization of Hotel and residential projects with a total volume managed MM USD. He is Founder and President of FORMULA&PARTNERS. JoséMaríaTimón C EO OBRATURGROUP Gra duat ed of Business Administration from the University of La Coruña, José María Timón joined the OBRATUR Group in Since joining the company has been the CFO of projects in Puerto Rico, Mexico and Spain. He has participated in many projects of financial structuring of hotel and real estate developments. Graduated with a degree in Economics and Business from the University of La Coruña and a specialization in International Markets and extensive training in Commercial and Corporate Law. He joined the OBRATUR Group in 2001, since assuming financial responsibility in the various tourist pr ojects both hotels (Paradisus Puerto Rico, Exc ellenc e Riviera Canc ún, Palladium Kantenah, S andos Caracol, Sunscape Tulum ) and residential construction in differ ent countries Puerto Rico, Mexico and Spain. Currently and after pa ssing through various positions in the Gr oup, CFO and Corporate Director, he assumes the post of Director General, managing more than 25 Real Estate Com panies of different nat ure, Construction, Industrial and Operational Constructioncompanies, bringing with it his international experience in project management and particularly in tourism projects.

Specializ ed in Project Managem ent, with 24 years of experience in the field, during which he participated in the coordination and superv ision of a wide variety of construction projects, both public and private works, specializing in the last 10 Prof essional y ears in hotel projects. He is currently Director of Operations in Obratur Group, which inc ludes the technical, operational and comm ercial managem ent of the various Group com panies, covering, am ong others and especially, the Control Area of Project M anagem ent and particularly the entrusted to the FORMULA&PARTNERS. In his career he has participated in many proj ects for expansion in the commercial and management field and particularly in tourism projects.
