21 Gabriel Mercadal PRESIDENT OBRATUR GROUP Civil Engineer of roads, canals and ports of the Polytechnic University of Barcelona. He began his career in Grupo Aguas of Barcelona where he was Managing Director of the AGUAS Division, being responsible for about thirty commercial companies with an aggregate turnover of 625 Million dollars and a staff of 5,000 workers. In the international field, intervened in achieving Contracts in Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay and Cuba. In 1999 he founded OBRATUR GROUP, SA, a company of his own, since then he has been involved in the promotion of more than 3,000 hotel rooms in several countries, especially in the Caribbean Area. He has also acted in the construction, remodeling, urbanization of Hotel and residential projects with a total volume managed MM USD. He is Founder and President of FORMULA&PARTNERS. José María Timón CEO OBRATUR GROUP Graduated of Business Administration from the University of La Coruña, José María Timón joined the OBRATUR Group in Since joining the company has been the CFO of projects in Puerto Rico, Mexico and Spain. He has participated in many projects of financial structuring of hotel and real estate developments. Graduated with a degree in Economics and Business from the University of La Coruña and a specialization in International Markets and extensive training in Commercial and Corporate Law. He joined the OBRATUR Group in 2001, since assuming financial responsibility in the various tourist projects both hotels (Paradisus Puerto Rico, Excellence Riviera Cancún, Palladium Kantenah, Sandos Caracol, Sunscape Tulum ) and residential construction in different countries Puerto Rico, Mexico and Spain. Currently and after passing through various positions in the Group, CFO and Corporate Director, he assumes the post of Director General, managing more than 25 Real Estate Companies of different nature, Construction, Industrial and Operational Construction companies, bringing with it his international experience in project management and particularly in tourism projects.

22 Heriberto J.Hunter DIRECTOR OFOPERATIONS OBRATUR GROUP Architect from the Autonomous Metropolitan University (1987) in Mexico City. Specialized in Project Management, with 24 years of experience in the field, during which he participated in the coordination and supervision of a wide variety of construction projects, both public and private works, specializing in the last 10 Professional years in hotel projects. He is currently Director of Operations in Obratur Group, which includes the technical, operational and commercial management of the various Group companies, covering, among others and especially, the Control Area of Project Management and particularly theentrusted to theformula&partners. Julio Gomez DIRECTOR OFEXPANSION OBRATUR GROUP Economist by the Complutense University of Madrid. Director and Manager of Public Utilities, Transport and Tourism in: Spain, Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Ecuador, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Chile and Cabo Verde. Infrastructure Project Manager, with the World Bank, in Cartagena de Indias and adopted son of the city. In his career he has participated in many projects for expansion in the commercial and management field and particularly in tourism projects.

23 Tolo Gomila CEO GOMILA GROUP INVESTMENT Founder of the multinational company ESTEL INGENIERIA Y OBRAS S.A. in For 20 years he led its international expansion. At that time and under its supervision the company participated in the execution of more than 700 hotels worldwide. In 2015 he capitalizes his shares of the company ESTEL and decides to undertake a new professional direction consistent with its entrepreneurial spirit. He has been CEO of several TIC companies and founded his own Corporate Finance advisory firm which was operating in the second half of the 2000s.
