3 These are your isleep Mattress Assembly Instructions. The Air Control Manual, ComfortSense Temperature Control Manual, and Adjustable Base Manual are in separate documents and available at or by calling Set cover with tray on your box spring or foundation. The small law label that is sewn into the side of the quilted cover should be at the head of the bed. If you have a model with the 1.5 inch wide gray foam center divider, it might be separate or adhered to the tray. The divider that is separate can be placed now or later. If your coil assembly is not already attached to the bottom of the tray, then place the Innercoils into the tray with the coils running side to side. There are different coil configurations. The king size sets are five rows wide and the queen sets are four rows wide. The edge of the coils at the head end of the bed should be placed 14inches from the inside of the foam perimeter tray. The long piece of gray foam is the center divider and is placed in the middle of the tray, running head to foot. Your Innercoils and foam might be covered in gray cloth and already installed in the tray. If so, go to the next step.

4 Place one air chamber on either side of the center divider, The hose should be at the head of the bed and on the bottom edge of the air chamber. The air chambers do not need to be inflated at this point. Place the other air chamber next to the first. This is how the hose should be oriented to the bottom edge of the chamber.

5 Feed each air hose through the holes in the gray cloth so they exit out of the bottom of the mattress. Pull the hose so that it is all the way out of the tray and let it untwist to avoid a kink. Place the comfort layers on top of the air chambers. The King size comfort layer is almost, but not quite, square. Make sure the longest dimension runs head to foot. Center the comfort layer on the tray and line up the edges. Depending on your model, the comfort layer will be one or two separate layers. The feel of the mattress can be changed by the order they are stacked. It is preferred to start with the softest layer on top. Place the quilted cover on top of the comfort layer. The beginning of the zipper is placed at the head of the bed.

6 The beginning of both zipper halves will line up, like starting a zipper on a garment. Start the zipper and zip the cover on all four sides. It will make it easier to zip with one hand and push the comfort layer in, away from the zipper, to avoid catching it in the zipper teeth. Zip all the way around to the beginning. Congratulations! You have successfully assembled your mattress. Now, follow the air control instructions to attach both air chamber hoses to the air control and you will be ready to sleep! Version
