2 (keep this paper) OPTIONS AVAILABLES : CAMP ARLES sur TECH ONLY: TRANSFER: (Perpignan Airport- PGF- or Train Station): 15 (each way). This option have to be added with the option (DAY 1 or +1). We ask the camper to arrive at the airport between 5:30PM and 7:30 PM the 1 st day and to leave between 10AM and 12AM the day after camp (Day+1). Do not hesitate to contact us and we will help you to find the best schedule for travelling. (DAY +1): The camp finish at 7pm the last day, so if you need an extra night, pick DAY+1 and you will be able to leave the next day. Option I.P.C : «Individual Pro Camp» : 1 coach for 4 campers (only during the 3 first shift of ARLES) SPAIN CAMP ESPAGNE & ARLES SUR CAMP: TRANSFER (see up for ARLES): FOR ESPAGNE/SPAIN : Perpignan Airport- PGF- or Train Station: 10 (each way). We ask the camper to arrive at the airport/train station of Perpignan between 1pm and 3pm the 1 st day of camp and to leave between 1pm and 3pm the last day of camp. You pick the transfer option only if you need a pick up from/to Perpignan Airport or train station. Each is responsible for his personal properties and for the protection of the installation we are in. Any camp started is entirely due. The fees of cancellation are the following ones: Before 01/02/18: 10% of the total amount After 01/02/18: 20% and the entire amount prior to 1 month before camp start. INTERNAL REGULATION The camper is invited to respect the rules of life in community, to behave correctly to the educators, the staff as well as the other campers. The usage of the tobacco, the consumption of drug and alcohol are formally forbidden. If the camper comes to prevent the good progress of the camp, he will be warned of it (as well as his relatives(parents)) then excluded - without refund and the freshly possible dues in his return in the family place of residence will be entirely chargeable to the relatives(parents) or the legal representatives. If the camper commits a grave fault chap: theft, violence, to fuguer, usage of speechless products he will be excluded without notice or put back directly to the local police authorities. The destruction, the degradation or the deterioration of the property belonging to others, the degradation of the properties intended for the safety (ex: deterioration of fire extinguishers) belonging for one person public is reprehensible by the justice.
