8 1 EF EF Separate the 2 different types of castors: 2 Locking Castors (EE) and 2 Regular Castors (EF). EE EE ED Front Note: Regular Castors (EF) need to be assembled to the front of the ottom Shelf (ED), and Locking Castors (EE) need to be assembled to the back of the ottom Shelf (ED), as shown in image. ack ttach the Regular Castor (EF) to the front of the ottom Shelf (ED), and use the Pin Tool (#18) to secure and tighten. 13 9 a. Remove the hardware that is pre-assembled to the IR side burner valve (CC), as shown in figure. D CC CD Insert the side burner valve stem (CC) through the rear of the left side shelf fascia (D) and assemble using the hardware removed. Position the electrode spacer (#19) on the infrared support frame (DC) and then feed the infrared burner electrode (DE) through the opening on the right side of the infrared support frame (DC). ssemble using hardware as shown in figure. To complete assembly of the infrared side burner (DD), align the brackets of the infrared side burner (DD) to the brackets located on the infrared grease tray rails (DJ) as shown in figure and C. ssemble using hardware. 17 12 + attery - DI Electronic Ignition ssembly a. Remove the Ignition attery Cover (CH2) and the plastic nut from the Electronic Ignition ox (CH1). CH2 Plastic Nut View, under right side shelf CH1 b. Position the Electronic Igniter ssembly (CH1) through the opening in the Right Side Shelf Fascia (DI) and secure using the plastic nut. c. Insert one battery into the battery compartment (CH1) with the positive end facing outward, as shown. Secure using the electronic ignition button (CH2). * attery not included. Note: ll wire connectors are the same. CI CH1 d. Insert the Electrode Sets, for the Main urner (CI), the infrared side burner (DE), and the rotisserie burner (M), into the Electronic Igniter ssembly (CH1). EH TIP: Use a paint scraper to press-in the support pin, while the second person aligns the door. The support pin will lock into position when the door is assembled correctly. C c.
