10 Equipment Dispensing Controls Pneumatic foot pedals and timepressure controllers are used for syringes or valve/tank dispensing. These controls provide excellent ergonomics, efficiency and accuracy. ERGONOMIC JGDFV2 Pneumatic Foot Valve is a purely pneumatic valve pedal that includes a builtin regulator and gauge to control the flow of material, and a simple steptoactivate design built inside a protective housing. The back of the unit has a 1/4 inch female thread with a standard male quick connect included. The foot pedal has a syringe adapter inlet port builtin to fit standard 1/4" OD tubing plus a reducer adapter to accept /32 OD tubing. JGDFV2V Pneumatic Vacuum Foot Valve has all the features of the JGDFV2 plus a builtin vacuum venturi regulator which allows pull back of material into the needle, reducing dripping and stringing of the material. You can bypass the timer by dispensing in manual mode. Optional finger switch available. JGD00S Digital Syringe Shot Meter is a pneumatic yet electronically controlled dispenser. This timepressure system has program memory storage and a timer range from to seconds. In manual INT mode, the timer counts up, giving you the ability to determine what time you require with your application. Also included is sequential dispensing; ie: whatever programs are stored, the sequential dispensing cycles through each program. Vacuum pull back is a standard feature included. Optional finger switch available. JGD00SMT SMT Dispensing Rework Station incorporates every feature of the JGD00S, plus a vacuum pick up wand controlled by the JGD00SMT's built in flow regulator. The pick up tool connects to the front of the dispenser, and the strength of the pick up vacuum is controlled by a miniature flow regulator knob specifically placed on the back panel. 11 Equipment Dispensing Valves JGD700D Diaphragm Valve The Diaphragm valve is designed to dispense low to medium viscosity materials and is excellent for cyanoacrylates and anaerobics, UV adhesives and MEK. The JGD0S can control the valve opening and the valve's internal spring provides a clean shut off of material. Length (3.1") Diameter (.93") JGD7N Needle Valve The needle valve is excellent for a wide range of shot sizes and materials up to 0,000cps. It can be operated with the JGD0S using the internal spring to close it for low or medium viscosity materials. For higher viscosity materials, the JGD0V uses air to open and close the valve. Typical materials are adhesives, epoxies, silicones, inks and lubricants. Length (4.") It is spring closed for low to medium viscosity materials, using the JGD0S controller. For heavier materials, use the JGD0V which allows for two way air control.
