3 IMORTANT INFORMATION FOR ES CAMERS 8 am REGISTRATION Your week at ES! monday morning Registration begins at 8 am and can take up to 15 minutes per child DC uad uwaterloo.ca/map Drop-off is 8-9 am ick-up is from 4-5 pm Charge is applied for a late pickup $5 for every 10 minutes Anyone picking up a camper must be prepared to show photo ID Lot 7:55-9:05 am 3:55-5:35 pm Note: lease remember that parents are sharing this lot with Waterloo staff and students. arking may be busy at times please do not leave your car longer than necessary. 4 IMORTANT INFORMATION FOR ES CAMERS July 30-Aug 3 Banting A Camper assport banting, suzuki and hawking (grade 1-4) Tokens Guardian receives 2 tokens on Monday morning Guardian/alternate pick-up MUST either show token or photo ID Camper must be signed out at the end of each day Camper will be wearing passport that must be returned at the end of each day open house Wednesday 4-4:45 pm for Bantings Only Thursday 4-4:45 pm (we recommend coming early!) View camp rooms and camper projects ick-up your camper as usual and you will be directed to their camp room Directions to camp rooms will be provided policies Zero violence policy All camper lunches should be peanut/nut free ES assumes no liability for lost or stolen items Campers are expected to wear their ES shirts every day Extra shirts: $10 ES does not provide (or apply) sunscreen or water bottles after camp girl s club This program will give girls the chance to talk about what they learned at camp and participate in additional activities with their peers and other female scientists and engineers Grades 5-9, Thursday at 4 pm schedule Grades 1-4: Balanced schedule Two 45 minute Nutrition Breaks Grades 5-9: Traditional schedule Two snacks and a one hour lunch pizza Friday at lunch or 2nd nutrition break $1.50 per slice (payment is due by Wednesday mornings) epperoni, cheese, and gluten-free options izza is nut free lease provide a drink and snacks
