3 IMORTANT INFORMATION FOR ESQ CAMERS Your week at ESQ! 8 am REGISTRATION monday morning» We must verify all camper information is correct and additional forms are filled out» Verify camper information online Registration begins at 8 am and can take up to 15 minutes per child pick-up and drop-off» DC Quad uwaterloo.ca/map» Drop-off is 8-9 am» ick-up is from 4-5 pm» Charge is applied for a late pickup $5 for every 10 minutes parking» Lot N» 7:55-9:05 am» 3:55-5:35 pm Note: arking elsewhere (even for short duration) WILL result in a ticket alternate pick-up» arents must fill out pick-up consent form found at: esq.uwaterloo.ca/downloads» Must show photo ID» In the case of rain, pick-up is inside DC building» ick-up/drop-off outside of regular hours requires an be sent to: esqinfo@uwaterloo.ca extended care» Must pre-register» Available until 5:30 pm Monday-Friday» $45 for first child, $20 for each additional child
4 IMORTANT INFORMATION FOR ESQ CAMERS July 30-Aug 3 Banting A Camper assport banting (grade 1-2)» Tokens Guardian receives 2 tokens on Monday morning Guardian/alternate pick-up MUST either show token or photo ID» Camper must be signed out at the end of each day» Camper will be wearing passport that must be returned at the end of each day open house» View camp rooms and camper projects» Banting: Wednesday 4-4:45 pm» All other camps: Thursday 4-4:45 pm» ick-up your camper as usual and you will be directed to their camp room» Directions to camp rooms will be provided policies» Zero violence policy» All camper lunches should be peanut/nut free» ESQ assumes no liability for lost or stolen items» Campers are expected to wear their ESQ shirts every day Extra shirts: $10» ESQ does not provide (or apply) sunscreen or water bottles after camp girl s club» This program will give girls the chance to talk about what they learned at camp with their peers and other female scientists and engineers» Grade 5-9: Tuesdays from 5:00-7:00.
