10 Rules and Mobiles Groups list at the back has group numbers These have been assigned and are non changeable Students should know by this stage what group they are in Tents Groups will be given a mixture of tent sizes (depending on group numbers) 2-3 man tents Students are not to bring their own We have spare parts We know they work Damage No going into each others tents Groups will camp separately from each other where possible (you are responsible for mess around your tents) Some assessors will expect you NOT to interact with other groups while cooking/setting up camp Mobiles Do not expect to hear from your children emergency contacts will be on the website Emergency contact phones Trackers

12 Silver 27 th March Kit Check at school bring everything apart from perishable foods 28 th March Leave 9am Meet 8:30am to load minibuses Two busses to leave at 9am Making up for missed training day Main expedition bags will follow on later in the school day 5 for food (The remainder will be covered by DofE) Thursday Arrival day Tile Barn - Brockenhurst Friday Day 1 of expedition. Foxlease Lyndhurst Saturday Day 2 of Expedition. Tile Barn Brockenhurst Sunday Day 3 of Expedition. Return to school in the evening Presentations Thursday 25 th April MUST BE IN SCHOOL ON MONDAY 1 st!
