4 PREMIUM SERIES Single Bowl Sinks SLU / 3-9/ SLU / 29 13/ PREMIUM SERIES Single Bowl Sinks SLU / / 16/ FOOD RECIPE SLU / 21 3/ 16/ 18 1/2 16 1/2 Grilled Lime Salmon with Avocado-Mango Salsa & Coconut Rice cup of corn Salt and pepper, to taste Yield: 4 servings For the salmon: Ingredients In an 11x7-inch baking dish whisk together olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste (a fair amount of each). Place salmon in baking dish, cover and allow to marinate in refrigerator minutes, then flip salmon to opposite side and allow to marinate minutes longer. Preheat a grill over medium-high heat during last 10 minutes of marinating. Brush grill grates with oil. Place salmon on grill and grill about 3 minutes per side or until just cooked through (turn carefully as the salmon will be fragile). Lime Salmon 4 (6 oz) skinless salmon fillets 3 Tbsp olive oil, plus more for grill 2 tsp lime zest 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice 3 cloves garlic, crushed cup of corn Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste Coconut Rice 23 3/ 1 1/2 cups Zico Coconut Water 1 1/4 cups canned coconut milk 1 1/2 cups jasmine rice, rinsed well and drained well 1/2 tsp salt Avocado-Mango Salsa 1 large mango, peeled and diced cup chopped red bell pepper (1/2 large) 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1/3 cup chopped red onion, rinsed under water and drained 1 large avocado, peeled and diced 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp Zico Coconut Water Instructions For the coconut rice: While salmon is marinating prepare coconut rice. In a medium saucepan bring coconut water, coconut milk, rice and salt to a full boil. Cover and simmer until liquid has been absorbed (there may be just a little bit of excess liquid in center which you can drain off), about 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork, then let rest 5 minutes. For the avocado-mango salsa: While the salmon is grilling prepare salsa. In a medium bowl toss together mango, bell pepper, cilantro, red onion, avocado, lime juice, olive oil and coconut water. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve salmon warm with coconut rice top with avocado mango salsa. 21 7/ 16/ 7

They can withstand the grueling conditions of today s heavy pots and pans while adding a modern flare to your kitchen. Granite composite sinks are manufactured using a mix of granite stone dust and acrylic resins molded into a sink form. They are fabricated under high pressure conditions making them nonporous and sanitary. Unlike natural granite, a granite composite sink surface won t require sealing. While it can stand up to scratches and heat, granite composite does require careful maintenance to keep up its appearance. Wash it daily with a nylon brush in a circular motion to help prevent stains. Dry it with a micro fiber cloth after daily use to help avoid stains from hard-water deposits. Never use abrasive powders or pads on a granite composite sink they will dull and scratch the surface, making it more susceptible to stains. 13 EVOLUTION OF SINKS EVOLUTION OF FAUCETS Before modern plumbing, water was manually carried to and from nearby rivers, streams, ponds and wells. By the Late 18th century washstands had already been introduced. They were small tables usually made of wood, metal or stone and usually had a large bowl on top with a pitcher of water inside of it. Sometimes, there was a hole in the middle of the table where the large bowl rested. This led to the creation of dry sinks. By the Late 18th century washstands had already been introduced. Faucets have been around since roman times, as early as 1700BC. Romans have a reputation for living luxuriously, which is probably why they had personal bathrooms with lead piping while their public baths included silver faucets with gold and marble fixtures. However, during those times, faucets could only be run at one temperature. By 1937, temperature adjusting faucets were introduced, making life much easier. In 1945, a mechanism was created to help blend water for temperature control. As time went on, many designs were created to improve the functionality of faucets, including extendable faucet heads and motion detection. Toward the end of the 18th century they were lined with zinc or lead and in the early 1900 s, steel, granite composite and enamel sinks were in line to replace wood, zinc or lead-lined sinks. By the 1930 s, a combination of chromium and nickel (commonly known today as 18/10 or 304 steel) was used because it was rust resistant, easier to clean and overall easier to maintain. Sincerely, Gregory Yusupov President and CEO Silver Lakes stainless steel sinks are made from a heavy gauge, type 304 (I 8/10), stainless steel for maximum durability. It is composed of 18% chromium (for shine) and 10% nickel (for rust resistance). Stainless steel is an extremely durable surface; it can, however, be scratched or scuffed. When scuffing does occur, please remember that this is normal and the effect will become uniform with age. Recommended Daily Care Regular cleaning is important to maintain the appearance of your sink. Wipe with a soft, soapy cloth, rinse; and dry after every use. Towel drying everyday after use is important to prevent mineral build upon the surface of your sink. Scratching The surface scratches which appear on stainless steel sinks rarely have any appreciable depth and will become less noticeable with time. A stainless steel sink will develop a patina with time and will look better a year after installation than during the first few months of use due to the fact that the scratching will have evened out. Tough Stains and Rust Stains and rust can generally be avoided with the daily care recommendations above. Most stains are a result of water-borne minerals. Rust stains are a result of iron particles from an outside source (EX, water, cookware, etc.). Never use steel wool to clean your stainless steel sink. Steel wool pads leave tiny particles that will develop into rust spots. Nylon pads with an iron free abrasive polishing compound is the best way to reduce the appearance of scratches. Stainless steel is, by itself, metallurgically incapable of rusting. Always rinse thoroughly after using any cleaner. What To Avoid Chlorine or Bleach will attack stainless steel and can cause staining if left for an extended amount of time. Silver cleaners contain acids which attack stainless steel and leave a permanent stain. Certain foods, when left for prolonged periods, can cause pitting and corrosion. Examples are citric fruit juices, salt, vinegar, mustard, pickles, and mayonnaise. Strong acids can damage stainless steel. If they come in contact with the sink, they should be washed away immediately with clean water. Steel wool pads are not recommended for cleaning stainless steel sinks.
