2 General Product Information (12x12x6 A.R.C Floor Sink w/ Nickel Bronze Top and Anchor Flange) Material Selection: A.R.E. Acid resistant porcelain enamel is a substantially vitreous inorganic coating bonded to cast iron at a extreme temperature above 800º F. This coating offers exceptional acid, abrasion and wear resistance. It is extremely hard and is the preferred coating for sanitation in drainage applications. A.R.C. Acid resistant epoxy coating is a baked-on powder finish which offers a smooth, hard, high gloss appearance. It offers high impact resistance and excellent life expectancy in all drainage applications. Grate and frame designed for maximum free area to allow unobstructed flow. Double drainage or anchoring flange is optional to assure drainage of any secondary moisture which may be present. Seepage openings are provide standard on any flanged floor sink. Full Range of Top Styles and Finishes to suit any type of floor covering, load requirement or drainage requirement. Acid Resistant Interior is typically A.R.E. to provide a smooth surface for sanitation and protect from corrosion in the food processing industry. Internal dome acts as a secondary strainer to intercept debris. Dome is easily removable to facilitate cleaning. Push-On Gasket (Ty-Seal) Connection. Also available with No-Hubor Inside Caulk s. Options: (-15) Half Grates, (-16) Three quarter grates or (-17) Grates w/ Center hole are designed to receive one or more drainage lines. The open portion can be situated under equipment while the adjacent grate allows for pedestrian traffic.
