It feels great to have the answers when a customer asks you about Rena Ware products. That is why we have prepared these product knowledge sheets. Knowing your products will give you more confidence when making sales presentations and help you close more sales. So get started today to learn all about Rena Ware s fantastic products! 3 Rena Ware Quality Always For nearly 70 years, the Rena Ware name has stood for top quality products. Cookware sets sold in the 1950 s and 1960 s are still being used and enjoyed today. Rena Ware has thousands of satisfied customers around the world who consider Rena Ware a part of their families. It is rare that a company today can claim such a devoted customer base. Impeccable Attention to Detail Over the years Rena Ware has refined the specifications and quality standards of our signature water-less Cookware to be unsurpassed. Rena Ware cookware undergoes a rigorous manufacturing process that ensures that each piece meets the exact specifications set by Rena Ware s product development team. Rena Ware defines the minutest detail of the shape, trim, base, set down, thickness, and mirror finish of each piece, as well as the shape of the lip, thickness, and roundness of each cover. This ensures a precision fit with the base utensil for a perfect water seal. Rena Ware also specifies the type and quality grade of the stainless steel and phenolic trim used in its cookware. With such precise specifications, Rena Ware can control the manufacturing process to ensure a top quality product every time. Manufacturing Because of this exacting specifications and manufacturing process, Rena Ware can establish relationships with selected manufacturers from around the world. These strict manufacturing standards apply to all of our products, not just cookware. For example, Rena Ware has been able to utilize manufacturers in Asia who can both meet the high standards and provide an excellent price. This is what allows Rena Ware to offer the highest quality product at the lowest possible price for our customers. Our prices are often much lower than our competitors, even though our quality is generally higher. This is a win-win situation for our customers and Consultants. Our commitment to quality for all of our products allows our Consultants and customers to have confidence that any Rena Ware product that is bought or sold will be both beautiful and durable. Inspections All of our products undergo an exhaustive quality inspection during the production run to verify that all standards are met for each batch. In addition, third-party professional inspectors go to each factory and randomly pull pieces from production and follow a multi-point inspection checklist to ensure that each production run meets the Rena Ware standards before any product is shipped. Upon receipt at Rena Ware warehouses around the world, Rena Ware inspectors conduct a third inspection where random pieces are pulled from each shipment and subjected to a final quality checklist. Warranty Rena Ware offers excellent warranties because we have confidence that our products are the best. Our cookware products carry a lifetime warranty, and we have had several generations of customers to prove that the products do indeed last a lifetime. The lifetime warranty on our cookware is another way we provide a win-win situation for our customers. Warranty durations for other products vary based on the type of product, but in all cases if any defect ever does occur, we will replace or repair the product according to the warranty terms. 4 Cookware INTRODUCTION Nutri-Plex TM Nutri-Plex is Rena Ware s exclusive trademarked name for any combination of multiple layers of metal, including solid single-ply stainless steel with a multi-ply Nutri-Plex diffusion bottom. The Nutri-Plex construction for the Chef I and Chef II Sets is a combination of an 18/0 magnetic stainless steel outer layer with inner layers of aluminum and aluminum alloy, and an inner layer of 18/8 stainless steel. The Nutri-Plex construction for the Jumbo Sets is a solid 18/8 stainless steel with a multi-ply aluminum and stainless steel diffusion bottom. Stainless steel is a very durable, hygienic material and aluminum is an excellent heat conductor so they make an ideal combination for water-less cookware. Cookware Sets Cookware Sets are the building blocks of our sales and our presentation story is built around their amazing features and versatility. The following are some of the key points that are common to all of our sets. Our main sets include: The Gourmet Set, the Chef I Set and the Chef II Set, which are only sold as sets, not individual pieces. CARE INSTRUCTIONS CAUTION: Before using for the first time, clean inside and out using solution of 1 part white vinegar to 10 parts warm water (exp. ½ cup vinegar/5 cups water), wash again with warm soapy water, rinse well, and dry thoroughly. The first washing is essential to remove manufacturing oils and polishing residues; otherwise, your utensil may be stained when first used To prevent scratches, do not use harsh detergents or metal scouring pads See the RW778 Use & Care booklet for details The following applies to all Rena Ware COOKWARE products. IMPORTANT NOTES Read all instructions in the RW778 Use & Care booklet Salt should only be added after food begins to cook Salt should only be added to boiling water or liquid, and stirred until completely dissolved While stainless steel is an extremely durable metal, it is not completely resistant to corrosion, pitting, or spotting. Avoid prolonged exposure to acidic foods, such as tomato sauce, mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, condiments, and strong bleaches, which may result in pitting or corrosion.
