2 ORDINANCE NO AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A QUOTE FOR A HAMMERHEAD MOLE Mole i WHEREAS, the Village of Chatham sought and obtained bids for a Hammerhead and WHEREAS, on November 16, 2004 the Public Works Committee met to review the bids and is recommending the bid from Vermeer Midwest, Inc. of $2,619 for the Hammerhead Mole. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OlIDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF CHATHAM, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the quote from Vermeer Midwest, Inc. is hereby approved.
