Inter-agency meeting was held on 23 March and participated by 31 (10 Women) representatives from CMC, YDG, CDG, WDG and LWF and discussed on inadequate Health services, water supply and shelter. LWF supported coordination and communication cost to CMC. Mobilized 9 (3 women) camp based incentive workers to support CMC, data collection and monitoring of services and paid incentives. CMC reported that a delivery case was referred to Sittwe General Hospital with MSF. The women gave a birth a baby boy and passed away immediately. Camp coordination and Camp Management Education 3 TLSs and 2 NFE center running smoothly. 1 TLS is under construction. LWF informed about headcount survey to collect accurate population and families in the camp. Similarly, LWF discussed with CMC for camp cleaning campaign but CMC asked incentive for camp cleaning volunteer and the campaign is halted. LWF will organize PTA training. LWF/UNHCR/Monthly SITREP/0315 Page 17
2 Food and Nutrition Agency SCI and ACF SCI distributed food ration for a month on 18 March. CMC requested to provide food ration for all camp dwellers. 450 are not receiving food ration since long time. CMC also request to provide cooking fuel regularly. IDPs requested to provide health care service more than 2 days in a week as well as at least 4 hours per day. Health MHAA is providing health services as below: Monday and Friday (2 days/week) - 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Agency - MHAA Some IDPs are suffering from minor diarrhoea and muscle pain. NFIs None to report CMC members requested to provide the NFI kits, especially, warm clothes, blanket, mosquito net. Shelter camp infrastructure and WASH Agency - SI Protection and Community Service, 97 long houses and 776 rooms were in camp but 5 shelters were totally collapsed, 17 are about to collapse and over 50 rooms are totally damaged and families are living in temporary shelters constructed by themselves. A shelter with 8 room renovation work is completed. CMC office renovation is completed and started to office operation. Preparation and beginning of the Water Boating deliveries and distribution, with a limitation of 5l/day/person according to LWF IDP list on the 16th of March. The water is supplying 2 times (8 am 12 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm) per day (5 days per week). Beginning of the running process of the Sludge Treatment Unit (STU) Regular daily Health Promotion activities through HH visit and HP sessions. Latrine cleaning is on gong as per requirement. Waste management campaigns twice a week Beginning of the drainage work: trench digging uphill from the camp to drain running water either to paddy fields or to a concrete drainage (730 long) which construction will start beginning of April Celebrated International Women Day on March 5 and participated by over 100 people. A brief session on IWD was organized by LWF. Facilitated social groups meeting. Social groups requested to support livelihood support program livestock rearing, tailoring, home gardening etc. SCI implemented tailoring training for 25 women participants. About 250 families are using kitchen rooms and makeshifts as shelter. Lack of water source for adequate water supply in the area. Lack of bath rooms, no proper drainage system.. 3 DRC, SCI Fire safety and DRR LWF started to supply newspaper from this month to increase access in information of the camp dwellers. LWF supported sports items to Youth Development Group (YDG) and YDG organized sports event in the camp during the month. None to report 9. 4 % Sector Updates Key Concerns Camp coordination and Camp Management Education CMC meeting was held on 11 March and attended by 33 (14 female) participants from CMC, WDG and LWF. Organized inter agency meeting on 19 March and participated by 30 (20 woman) participants from CMC, Social groups and LWF. Family survey and population update exercise completed during the month. CMC received communication and coordination support. Mobilized 2(1 woman) Incentive Workers to support CMC, data collection, monitoring of the camp activities and paid incentive.. LWF distributed CRC books to 80 (44 girls) primary students. Primary schools is closed during the month due to summer holiday. CMC informed that since October 2014, many service provider agencies discontinued their assistance. Livelihood support program, Inadequate Health services, water supply, sanitation facilities and shelter maintenance are main concerns of the camp dwellers.. CMC requested to provide a TLS, student kit, uniform and solar lights for students. Food and Nutrition Agency - SCI Distributed food ration for one month on 17 March. CMC requested to provide food for 24 new born babies and late arrival IDPs. Requested to distribute food in the first week of the month Health None to report. CMC requested to health services NFIs None to report CMC members requested to provide the NFI kits in camp, Shelter and camp infrastructure UNHCR implementing road upgrade and culvert in Ba Wan Chaung Wa Su. IDPs requested to renovate roofs, floors and walls of the houses. WASH None to report. CMC requested to renovate latrines as most of latrines are damaged and to provide the bathing room. Women member of CMC requested to provide sanitary kits. Protection and Social Groups meeting were held during the month. CMC requested to provide LWF/UNHCR/Monthly SITREP/0315 Page 20

ECHO mission visited in the camp on 18 th March and interacted with CMC, incentive workers and IDPs. 6 Education Agency: LWF Food and Nutrition Agency: SCI Health Agency: MSF and MHAA (15 Female) representatives from SI, SCI, LWF, CMC and Social Groups in CMC office. LWF Informed that it wil conduct headcount survey in April. 7 TLSs construction completed and selected 28 community teachers. In addition, LWF accomplished six days TLS teachers training and five days non-formal education community teachers training. IDPs received food ration on 12 th March. MSF and MHAA are providing health service as below: Agency Day Time MHAA Tue 10 am 12 pm MSF Thu 10 am- 12 pm 50 middle school aged students do not have access to continue their formal higher education. CMC requested to students kit. 106 households have not received food ration since 2013 due not listing in the food entitlement. CMC requested to MHAA to assist elder and disable persons. Existing health care time is not enough for camp dwellers. IDPs are facing difficulties for emergency medical and referral cases. NFIs Any agencies do not support. CMC requested to provide NFI kits, especially clothes and mosquito net. Shelter In the camp 855 families are residing - 25 families are occupying. Agency: RSG, kitchen room, 60 families are sharing rooms with relatives, 140 families are in makeshifts, 3 families are in Mosque and 627 families are in rooms of long houses. 45 rooms were already collapsed; many others are about to collapse and almost all required major repair. Government visited the camp on 14 and 17 March and discussed on individual house with CMC and IDPs in security office. Government delivered construction materials (bamboo and wood) to camp on 31st March to construct individual house. WASH Agency: SI Beginning of the water distribution process, with a limitation of 5l/day/person according to LWF/CMC IDP list on the 26th of March. Water is pumped in former Old Che Eik (Georgy) pond (1 mile away from camp). Prior to this, 600 of pipeline have been destroyed and replaced by SI teams. Beginning of the running process of the Sludge Treatment Unit (STU). Latrine rehabilitation process on stand-by (depending on the relocation process) Lack of water source in camp. No women bath rooms. LWF/UNHCR/Monthly SITREP/0315 Page 22
7 Protection and Community Service Agency SCI and LWF Fire safety and DRR Regular daily HP activities : Household visit, Hygiene promotion session Latrine cleaning on a daily basis Waste management campaigns twice a week, with specific messages regarding dead animal burial. Specific dead animals body management campaigns during the goat/chicken/dog epidemic/disease Construction of an incinerator on the STU site in order to burn dried sludge and waste from mass cleaning campaigns. SI will appoint daily workers to water distribute and SI will water distribute morning and evening in daily. Daily and weekly newspapers and journals supplied to the library from this month. CMCs issued that it will be very comfortable to place and settle library at a separate place. International Women Day was celebrated on 5th March, 117 participants were actively taken part with the leadership of CMCs, WDGs and YDGs. 3 women leaders were awarded for their contribution in community, organized noddle and drawing competitions and awarded to winners. LWF has been supported sports materials with dress to the YDG. Facilitate to organize sports events during the month and.130 Youth and children enjoyed through football, cane ball, volley ball, hto see hto and Tug of war sports. SCI is supporting child protection activities. LWF installed 15 sets of fire kits and trained to fire safety volunteer 15 (4 Female). Relocation of fir points considering layout of individual house. 11. ECHO mission visited the camp on 18th March and interacted with CMC, incentive workers and IDPs. Pauktaw Township Administrator visited twice in the camp and discussed on individual house. 5 TLSs construction works completed and selected 20 incentive teachers. In addition, LWF accomplished Non Formal Education Facilitators and TLS Community Teachers training during the month. market as compared to other camp. Regarding individual house, IDP requested to relocate them in place of origin. CMC requested to provide students kits, fencing for schools and road renovation to school. IDPs received food ration on 10 th March households have not in entitlement list and not receiving food since New born babies are also not entitled. MSF-Holland and MHAA assisting health services as below: Agency Day Time Tuesday MHAA 10am 12pm Thursday MSF 10am- 12pm CMC requested to MHAA to assist elderly, disable people and emergency cases. Existing health care time is not enough to get health service for all IDPs. NFIs. None to report CMC members requested to provide the NFI kits, especially, solar lights, warm clothes, blanket and mosquito net. Shelter LWF, UNHCR WASH Agency - SI LWF implements shelter repair activity. In the camp 741 families are residing - 32 families are occupying kitchen room, 60 families are in makeshifts, 649 families are in rooms of long houses. 6 long houses were collapsed, 10 houses are about to collapse, 45 rooms are not usable and many others are require major repair. Beginning of the water distribution process, with a limitation of 5l/day/person according to LWF/CMC IDP list on the 27 th of March. Water is pumped in former Dom pond (9,000 feet away from camp). Prior to this, 2 bamboo jetties have been damaged as Most of shelters are in need of minor and major repairs. CMC members requested to repair the bath rooms. LWF/UNHCR/Monthly SITREP/0315 Page 24

LWF provided sports materials for YDG through CMC during the month. Monitored the established fire points and found some item lost from the location and asked to CMC to collect and take further care. LWF provided to fire kit (14) sets and installed to fire safety notice board. CMC and social groups requested to provide life skill training and livelihood support programs. Will organize fire safety refresher training next month. Suggested to CMC and fire volunteers to care the fire points and kits. LWF/UNHCR/Monthly SITREP/0315 Page 25
