1 New HydroMassage Model Highlights: New HydroMassage Models More powerful massage than previous models Enhanced components for 24-hour usage New color options with LED lighting and Introduction of the HydroMassage Lounge A combination of both the HydroMassage Beds and Lounges reaches a larger percentage of members. Similar to tanning, some members prefer the lie-down models, and others will choose the upright models. Members prefer the traditional lay-down Bed models when they want to close their eyes and fully relax. Lounge models are the best fit for members who prefer a more social experience or need a quick massage on the run while using their smartphone. With the upright position, members are more comfortable in an open area. The Lounge models are recommended for prospective member trials at the end of new club tours. Include pull strings in the conduits. HydroMassage technicians are not permitted to install the cooling system above the room. If the cooling system is installed on a platform above the room, it is necessary to secure it to the platform to prevent it from moving and potentially falling (ex. adding a lip around the perimeter of the platform, using straps to secure the cooling system, etc). 8 Regulating HydroMassage Usage Recommended Method: HydroMassage Desktop Software Requirements: One AT5 cable connecting unit to front desk computer (or network room). ost is a $119 software charge per club. Overview: Staff activates HydroMassage from a small window in the corner of the front desk computer. When idle, a message box on the Touchscreen instructs members to see the front desk to use HydroMassage. This feature also provides access to HydroMassage tech support for upgrades and troubleshooting and generates member usage reports. Best HydroMassage Marketing Practices lubs using the following strategies have observed 30% - 60% membership adoption rates. Monthly package: Include HydroMassage (10-minutes per day) in a premium membership package, and combine HydroMassage with two or three other premium amenities (ex. guest passes, tanning, etc). Room Layout: reate a HydroMassage Zone with two or more units and a waiting area. Key HydroMassage Zone features: 1. Semi-private room with open entryways (4 or larger) 2. Location in a high traffic area of the club to maximize visibility 3. Relaxing, spa-like atmosphere 4. Small waiting area with a two chairs for members before their massage.
