2 Combine capacity starts with the header The PremiumFlow belt conveyor platform is the ultimate solution for getting your harvest quickly and efficiently in your store. Higher daily output in all conditions Modern combines have a huge potential capacity. In order to utilise this expensive capacity they need a very constant flow of material. The PremiumFlow header with its active transport of the material from the cutterbar to the feeding auger provides a significant increase in the performance of the machine. With the PremiumFlow header the combine can run close to its maximum capacity. The belt conveyor header concept has significantly improved with introduction of the PremiumFlow. The unique belt design with individual liftup sections provides excellent accessibility. Daily maintenance and cleaning is kept to a minimum due to the new sealing concept between the belt sections.

4 PremiumFlow for optimum performance Top features for maximum versatility. Today the harvest windows are becoming increasingly smaller, the exchange between crops becomes more often due to maturity shifts of new varieties. How good, that PremiumFlow headers work perfectly in all threshing crops and all without timeconsuming modifications to the cutting table. Ideal position of the reel by very large adjustment The optimized geometry of the reel arms allows the reel to be used in front of the cutterbar as well as over the auger. The open ends and open spider frames give operators the best possible view of the knife and crop dividers. The active material transport on the extended cutting table requires less reel use, the intake auger collects only cut material thereby losses are minimized. PremiumFlow is the perfect header for the harvest of laid crops. Due to the active transport of the harvested crop from the cutterbar to the feeding auger, even short material is transferred in a constant flow to the auger. Simultaneously, due to the large distance of 100 cm between the cutting section and the feeding auger, also long material is fed headfirst into the threshing section and is reliably threshed. Optimum crop flow in all harvesting conditions The active transport of material through belt sections with individual bearing units ensures constant feeding of the threshing system and full utilisation of the combine. Belt sections with minimized maintenance effort The new designed lightweight belt sections reduce the weight compared to standard constructions. The seals between the belts reduce the maintenance effort to a minimum. Precision cutterbar with high working speeds The convincing concept of the PremiumFlow header was awarded with a silver medal at Agritechnica. The Schumacher alternating cut-system with fine serrated knife sections ensure lower cutting forces and a better cutting quality. Single screwed knife sections enable an easy exchange of blades and sections.

5 Hydraulic hight adjustment of the feeding auger Hydraulic hight adjustment of the feeding auger creates optimum crop flow, even with very tall material. Aggressive feeding due to a huge multifinger 66 cm diameter intake auger with 12.5 cm auger flights. Optimal splash guard The standard splash guard prevents grain loss and crop accumulation on the feederhouse. Quick reel adjustment By the additional quick adjustment, the reel can be optimally adapted to the harvesting of rapeseed / canola and laid crops. Quick conversion between cereals and rapeseed / canola The mechanically driven rape side knifes can be installed simple and fast. The slim design and the low-vibration mechanical drive minimize losses. For rapeseed harvest no further modifications to the cutting table are necessary. The perfect feeding by the header is the basis for high performance. Due to the active transport the grain is always optimally supplied to the threshing unit.

6 Quick and easy maintenance Special stainless steel covers with seals prevent the entry of dirt between the belts. The maintenance effort is reduced to a minimum. The individually foldable belt sections and huge openings in the cutting table provide best access for cleaning and maintenance. The drive and bearing units of the belt sections are designed for low maintenance and easy accessibility. With the optional second belt speed the PremiumFlow can be adapted even better to different harvesting conditions. The self-tensioning system of the belt sections always ensures good performace and a long service life of the belts. Cleaning of the belt sections is easy by pulling out the dirt drawer. 8 A new dimension in harvesting performance Perfect cutting platforms for your large John Deere combine. Larger cutting widths increase the impact at harvest, ensure a more uniform feed, lower working speeds and fewer passes. With the PremiumFlow high performance belt header you are now harvesting in new dimensions. The PremiumFlow headers 635PF and 640 PF with a working width of m and m are perfectly tailored to your large John Deere combine harvester. With the large cutting widths, you can fully utilize the power of your machine. To meet the requirements in working widths of more than 10 m, we have redesigned some of the proven features of the cutting platform and partially applied completely new design techniques. Thus, the new floor of the cutting platform is made of special plastic. The new design concept of the frame, which is similar to the construction of aircraft wings and the new design of lightweight belt bodies, enabling minimal maintenance all reduce the weight by 15 % in comparison to conventional designs. By using an adjustable belt speed, the PremiumFlow can be adapted even better to the harvest of different crops.

10 Quick change between rapeseed / canola and cereals Conversion between cereals and rapeseed / canola in less than 15 minutes. With the PremiumFlow header the change between rapeseed / canola and cereals is very easy. The side knives are always available as they are carried directly at the rear of the header. To convert to rapeseed / canola harvesting, you don t need to insert sheets into the cutting unit and swap any belts. Instead of the crop dividers the fully mechanical side knives are mounted. Simple, robust and reliable The concept of Zürn side knives does not require additional electric or hydraulic drives. Because there is no motor at the top end that creates additional weight, there are no unnecessary vibrations at the side knives best conditions for a harvest with minimal losses. For rapeseed / canola conversion crop dividers and divider support cones are removed. The two side knives are simply hooked into the keyhole, locked with a handle and connected to the mechanical drive. The reel position is set to rapeseed / canola and the auger is brought to the upper position comfortably by the hydraulic pump. The table is simultaneously long (long distance from the knife to the auger) for standing, long crop but also short by the active feeding of low and down crop on the conveyor belts.

Increasing the combine capacity Performance starts with the header. Here the PremiumFlow has clear advantages. The supply of material is a pleasure to work with, much more relaxing. Even in dense rapeseed/ canola stalks there was no need to help out with the reel. The threshing unit is noticeably more evenly fed, the feeder house is distinctly less strained. The header with belts required no more driving power than the normal header. In addition, the more uniform crop flow generates substantially lower torque spikes in the drive train. 14 Maximum capacity by perfect interaction of all features The Schumacher cutterbar with double fingers provides a perfect cut and low wear. The roller guides ensure an even more precise knife guidance at cutting widhts from 25 ft. The optimized geometry of the reel arms allows a large adjustment range of the reel. The hydraulic reel drive transfers high torques. The purely mechanically driven rape side knifes have a functional parking position on the rear of the header. So the rape knifes are always on hand and quickly installed. The quick reel adjustment allows the optimum adaptation to the specific conditions in the harvest of rapeseed / canola (reel all the way back) and laid crops (reel completely to the front). The auger is hydraulically adjustable in four directions. Use the hand pump to move the auger in seconds in the correct position. The multicoupler with maintenance-free design offers single point attachment of electrical and hydraulical lines and latch engagement. Attaching and removing are done in seconds and you are out in the field fast.
