2 II. Security Gate Protocol Updates control for construction vehicle was reported; however, large vehicles continue to exit on Casa Club Drive. KT & MV indicated that realtors and construction vendors have been turned away and have called the RBCA voic to get secure access. KT reported that construction on Delfino Homes has started in the Rio Bravo Heights, LLC development and that a process server was denied entry because he was not licensed. The server made entry on foot and Bakersfield Police were called. Process server left and was informed of police activity. Licensed process server was subsequently allowed entry on a different day. SG noted the dirty roadway on Casa Club Drive caused by golf course operations, i.e., mud. As to Item II, JE presented M&S recommendations to the Security Protocols for consideration. MV will review and present to RBCA Page 2 of 5

3 Board. MH recommended getting a colored map of overall parcel map so guard knows where construction vehicles are going. MV to also get specific addresses of Pulte Phase 3 homes. KL recommended more realtor friendly policy benefiting Owners and marketability of community, including notification to Bakersfield Board of Realtors as to the procedures for entry. MV noted that Guard staff working in accordance with current instructions but efforts to get the appropriate balance can be presented to RBCA. 3.c GateWorks Implementation Update I. Map / Driving Instructions II. HOA Data Sharing / Owner Verification Procedures As to Item I, MV reported that Gateworks expected directions added to system in two weeks after speaking to Brad at Gateworks earlier in the day. As to Item II, sub association filter for reports option of Gateworks not completed but should be in two Page 3 of 5

4 weeks according to Brad at Gateworks. MV presented FD (RBFHOA), SG (MHOA), KL (RBGCMHOA) a report for Owners to verification with the understanding it was based on selection of information in the system pending the filter for sub associations. 3.d IEM Spec Letter Status MV noted that Scott Meyers at IEM prefers to meeting bidding contractors in person rather than provide a specifications letter. 4. New Business: 4.a Casa Club Drive Road Repairs Status MV indicated that RBCA Board is working on a response, including securing outside bids for the Burtch Construction job. 4.b Pest Control Spraying Guard Station MV indicated that pesticide spraying is needed at Guard Station and it should run about $ c Open Discussion KL reminded Committee that white colored lanes are not appropriate and may pose a liability on Casa Club Drive. MV to arrange for meeting with at least two contractors on either August 4, 5, 6 or 7 to meet with Scott Meyer. Further review by RBCA Board pending. To be presented to RBCA Board.
