Participation in the current EnerSys travel program will be limited to principals and employees of the distributor, reseller or Manufacturer s Representative who are directly involved in the promotion of EnerSys purchases at the time of program travel in How do I earn a passport to Atlas? To join EnerSys in Hong Kong in April 2020, you will need to maximize your respective EnerSys purchases. Every dollar of purchases (net of credits/returns, freight and/or handling charges) of qualified products will contribute towards your qualifying sales volume for the program. Each award (trip for two) will be granted based upon achieving the threshold purchase levels in the following table: Atlas Qualifying Sales $1,000,000 $2,000,000 $3,500,000 Number of Trips Awarded In the event the destination becomes overbooked, EnerSys reserves the right to limit participation or to substitute an alternate destination with prior notice. Participants are registered on a first come, first served basis, based on availability. How are sales purchases tracked? Every month, your purchases of qualified products will be tracked against your overall sales volume. Purchases will be scored $1.00 for every $1.00 purchased. For example, if you purchase $1,000 worth of qualified product then $1,000 will be applied against your sales volume. How are purchases registered? Purchases will be calculated monthly and will be reported to you. If you feel there are discrepancies or errors in your reported purchases, please contact your appropriate Sales Representative and/or Area Manager in writing. Maximize Atlas sales credit Look for special Atlas promotions throughout the year to help make your Atlas XI trip a reality What is the award? The award in this program consists of an appointment (trip for two, 21 years of age or older) to the destination described in this Atlas XI brochure and mentioned in these program rules. This is the only award offered or implied by this program. Should a participant be unable to travel for any reason, trips may not be banked or transferred to another program and are forfeited. Upon earning the award participant principals shall designate individuals within their organizations who will use the appointments. Appointments may be granted only to the principals and eligible employees of the participant company who are so employed during the operation of this program and directly involved in the sales or service of EnerSys products. Award points and appointments are not transferable outside of a qualifying participant s company. EnerSys reserves the right to change or modify these rules at any time and to clarify the rules as needed. In the event of any dispute involving this program, the decision of the EnerSys program managers will be final. EnerSys reserves the right to cancel a reward for any or no reason, including but not limited to if the recipient commits some act or omission in breach of his/her or its obligations to EnerSys or which would tend to damage EnerSys reputation.
