2 ITINERARY THE BEST OF CHINA 13 Days Day 1 Monday: USA-Hong Kong Overnight flight to Hong Kong. Dinner, movie, and breakfast on board. Day 2, Tuesday: Arrival to Hong Kong Upon your arrival at Hong Kong, a vibrant metropolis, our local guide will meet and escort you to your hotel. Rest of day at leisure. Dinner and overnight in Hong Kong (D) Day 3, Wednesday: Hong Kong Enjoy a day tour to explore Hong Kong's city highlights and unique blend of Chinese heritage. Start with the Victoria Peak where you'll get a bird's eye view of the whole city, followed by the floating community of Aberdeen and the romantic beach at Repulse Bay. Later visit a famous Taoist temple Wong Tai Sin Temple, discover the Bird Market, and walk on the Avenue of Stars in Kowloon. Dinner and overnight in Hong Kong. (B,D) Day 4, Thursday: Hong Kong - Guilin After breakfast, enjoy some free time today before our local guide escorts you to the airport for your flight to Guilin. Upon your arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner and overnight in Guilin (B,D)

3 Day 5, Friday: Guilin After breakfast you will be driven to Zhujiang Pier (40-minute drive) to start your boat cruise down the picturesque Li River, which is the highlight of any visit to Guilin, until you get to Yangshuo County. Along the river, you will be inspired by breathtaking views of peaks and pinnacles, crystal-clear water and picturesque pastoral views of rice paddies and water buffalos. In Yangshuo, after roaming through the famed West Street, you will be driven back to Guilin. Dinner and overnight in Guilin. (B,L,D) Day 6, Saturday: Guilin- Shanghai After breakfast in the hotel, your personal guide will escort you to tour the Elephant Trunk Hill and Reed Flute Cave, with some time at the Pearl Museum. Then we will head to airport for your flight to Shanghai. On your arrival to Shanghai, you will be met and transferred to hotel. Dinner and overnight in Shanghai. (B,D) Day 7, Sunday: Shanghai On this day you will take a stroll through the Yu Garden and observe local people s life at the Yuyuan Market, before visiting a silk workshop. Later you will enjoy a bird's eye view of Shanghai at Jin Mao Building and then visit the famous Nanjing Road and the Bund. Dinner and overnight in Shanghai. (B,D) Day 8, Monday: Shanghai - Xian After breakfast, free time until your local guide escorts you to the airport for your flight to Xian. Upon arriving in Xian, your local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. Later we will visit Shaanxi Museum and Small Wild Goose Pagoda. Dinner and overnight in Xian. (B,D)

4 Day 9, Tuesday: Xian Today we will visit the incredible life-size Terracotta Warriors and the Xian Art Ceramics Factory in the morning. After lunch, we will visit the Ancient City Walls and cycle atop (around 1-2 hours). Dinner and overnight in Xian. (B,D) Day 10, Wednesday: Xian - Beijing Free time after breakfast until your personal guide escorts you to the railway station for your speedy train to Beijing. Upon your arrival at Beijing, your guide will meet you and escort you to the Summer Palace, a beautiful imperial resort where you can also enjoy a boat cruise. After that, we head back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Beijing. (B,D) Day 11, Thursday: Beijing Today we will first visit Tiananmen Square followed by the magnificent Forbidden City. In the afternoon you will enjoy the incredible Temple of Heaven. Dinner and overnight in Beijing. (B,D) Day 12, Friday: Beijing This morning we will visit to the magnificent Great Wall (Mutianyu section, (round trip cable car included), to admire this world-famous ancient man made fortress project and take in the stunning views it offers. Later we will drop by a Jade Gallery and visit the Chang Tomb, the oldest and grandest one of the tomb cluster of Ming Dynasty ( ). Dinner and overnight in Beijing. (B,D)
