3 DAY 1-THURSDAY: USA-COSTA DEL SOL Board your overnight transatlantic flight to Malaga, via Madrid. Relax and enjoy dinner, breakfast, and a movie on board. DAY 2 FRIDAY: COSTA DEL SOL Arrival and transfer to your beachfront air conditions hotel. Rest of day at leisure to relax and to familiarize yourself with your hotel and the area. Dinner with wine at your hotel. Overnight in Costa del Sol (D) DAY 3 SATURDAY: EXCURSION TO THE ANCIENT TOWN OF MALAGA Breakfast buffet and outing to visit the ancient city of Malaga, founded by the Phoenicians 770 years before Christ. From the year 218 the city belonged to the Roman Empire and later, after the fall of Rome and successive invasions of tribes of northern Europe, Malaga was Part of Arab Spain from 711 AC until the Moors were expelled from the peninsula by the Catholic monarchs in Malaga is then almost 3000 years old, which makes it one of the oldest cities in the world. 4 DAY 4 - SUNDAY: COSTA DEL SOL ALGECIRAS- CEUTA FEZ Early departure by motor coach to Algeciras (75 miles) to board the ferry crossing the straits of Gibraltar to Ceuta, a Spanish enclave in North Africa (one hour), continue to the Moroccan border for passport control and proceed directly to Fez with a brief stop en route (187 miles). Dinner and overnight in Fez. (D) DAY 5 - MONDAY: FEZ Buffet Breakfast. Full tour of the first imperial city of Morocco, founded in the 9th century. Visit of the Jewish and Christian Quarters, the Royal Palace (from the outside), the Medina (declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO) with its mosques and university, the Nejarine fountain and the Tanners Quarter. In the afternoon, panoramic tour and free time for shopping. Lunch today at you hotel in Fez. 5 DAY 6 - TUESDAY: FEZ MEKNES- MARRAKECH Buffet Breakfast. Depart to Meknes with a panoramic city tour, then to Marrakesh using the highway. Dinner and overnight in Marrakech. (B,D) Marrakech DAY 7 - WEDNESDAY: MARRAKECH (FANTASIA DINNER SHOW) Buffet Breakfast. Panoramic tour of the red city, the Menara gardens, the Saadian Tombs (16th century), El Bahia Palace, the Jewish quarter and the Koutoubia Minaret. Optional lunch and continue visiting the Medina (free time for shopping). At the Djemaa El Fna Square we will see the snake charmers, acrobats, water sellers, and scribes writing letters for the illiterate. 6 DAY 9 - FRIDAY: RABAT - TANGIER Buffet Breakfast. The city tour will show us the exquisite Tower of Hassan (12 th century), the busy Kasbah and the imposing Royal Palace from the exterior. Visit the Mohamed 5th Mausoleum and the ruins of the old Mosque. Continue to Tangier via Larache. Panoramic tour in Tangier. Dinner and overnight in Tangier. (B,D) DAY 10 SATURDAY: TANGIER-CEUTA-ALGECIRAS-COSTA DEL SOL Buffet Breakfast. Depart for Ceuta. Free time for shopping. We catch the Ferry to Algeciras and continue by bus to the Costa del Sol.
