Macau Tour Inclusions Air Ticket A round trip economy air ticket from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth will be provided ( as applicable airlines to the itinerary), but excluding all airport taxes, fuel surcharges and security charges if any. If your international flight is cancelled, delayed affecting you arrive on time, you should contact us immediately so that we can make the necessary changes to minimize any inconvenience. 12. What sort of aircrafts are usually for China domestic flights? We usually arrange for a Boeing or Airbus for our clients 13. What are the train travel conditions in China? Train travel is an interesting, inexperienced and safe way of getting around China. In China, the accommodation on the train are divided into four categories, soft-sleeper, soft-seat, hard-sleeper and hard-seat. Usually, the soft sleeper carriage is airconditioning which is what we suggest you to take. 14. Can I use my credit cards in China? Yes, the following credit cards are accepted in China-Master Card, Visa, American Express, JCB and Diners Card. These credit cards are widely accepted at hotels, department stores and shopping centre located in tourist area. 15. What is the tipping practice for visitors to China? It is a common practice for visitors to tip the tour guide and driver in recognition of their good service. It is not customary to leave tips at hotel or local restaurant as the bill usually includes 10-15% service charge. 16. Spring and Autumn is the best season for river cruise. 21. What is the best time to travel to Korea? Autumn (September November) and spring (March May) are the most comfortable seasons to visit. 22. What types of meals are served on Korea tours? On our short stay programs and group tours, breakfast will be served in your hotels and will consist mainly American breakfast except if stay at local suburban accommodations, Korean type breakfast may be served instead. Lunches will be served at local restaurants whereas dinners usually at travelers own expense in order to provide flexibility of their choices. 43 Terms & Conditions Reservation & Deposit Upon confirmation of your booking, a deposit of $300 per person is to be collected by Legend Asia within 7 days. Balance of Payment The final balance is due 60 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 60 days shall pay in full within 3 working days or we may consider your booking cancelled. Cancellation by Legend Asia Legend Asia reserves the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient members or those guaranteed trips prior departure due to terrorism, natural disasters, and political instability or any external events which make it unviable to operate. In such a case, alternative tour will be offered. Should alternatives not be acceptable, Legend Asia will refund the full payment but will not responsible for any incidental expenses such as visas, travel insurance or loss of enjoyment. Cancellation by Client We treat all cancellations on the date written cancellation is received by Legend Asia with charges stipulated as follows. 1. More than 60 days prior departure- loss deposit 2. Between days, 50% of total tour cost or loss of deposit whichever is higher days or less prior to departure, 100% of total booking cost. Please note that no refund will be made or any unused portion once the trip has started. Administration fees including transfer fee and amendment fee will also be charged for any cancellation refunds. Amendment Fees Amendment to confirmed booking - $30 per transaction Amendment within 30 days of departure - $50 per transaction Cancellation fees will apply to transfers within 60 days of departure. Name transfer is not allowed once a booking is confirmed. This will be regarded as a cancellation and fees apply accordingly. Please note that the amendment fee is not including any addition charges levied by hotels, ground operators or airlines in conjunction of your tour booking alteration if any. Travel Insurance Travel insurance is a required condition for joining our tours. Health Requirements Clients are required to observe and familiarize themselves with any health requirements for the countries traveling to. It is highly recommended that clients should consult doctor for their health condition before departure. Travelers for age over 70 should obtain a letter of fitness to travel and submit to us along with their booking forms. Responsibility Legend Asia (herewith called the Company) acts as a coordinator for all persons taking these tours in the making of all arrangements for transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodation. The Company does not own, manage control or operate any transportation vehicle, any hotel or restaurant or any other supplier of services. All coupons receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the law of the country where the services are provided. The company acts only as an agent for the owner contractors and suppliers of transportation and/or other related travel services provided and assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage or claims howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly from accidents loss or damage to person or property, transport failure, strikes, wars uprising or acts of God etc over which the company has no control.
