1 The Christmas light We are at the doors to Christmas, a time when our families and traditions become our main priority. The perfect time to put the brakes on the rush that accompanies us throughout the year and to enjoy the people we most love. These days, when we sit around the table and toast with the family, will also be times of nostalgia, remembering those no longer with us, and times to recover our spirits and let the Christmas magic and light surround us. In Mataró, we will all make Christmas shine like never before. I encourage you to enjoy all of the organised activities and to visit the city trades when the letters have to be sent to the Kings. And when it gets dark, I invite you to stroll and enjoy the Christmas lights; this year the City Hall has organised the lighting and in addition to the usualones, the Christmas lights will also shine in more streets of the oldquarter and the main shopping streets of Rocafonda, Cerdanyola and Peramàs.
