Darrell has a degree in civil engineering with over 20 years' experience specialising in civil design, economic evaluation and project management for traffic/transportation and roading projects including traffic management, crash reduction studies, traffic impact studies, traffic modelling (micro simulation and intersection analysis), transport planning and safety work. Darrell s experience has been gained from both the Client and Consultant perspective incorporating extensive Project Management, Design Management and Contract Management experience.
