5 FROM THE GAMING FLOOR Well as everyone can see 2013 has brought some changes to our gaming area. Here at Townsville RSL we aim to provide the most modern and efficient gaming facilities in North Queensland. Our primary focus is to always improve customer service to our patrons. With this in mind Townsville RSL has installed MYCASH into the poker machine area. MYCASH allows a player to move around the gaming floor and insert their membership card into a gaming machine which then transfers credits into the machine. At the conclusion of play any credits on the machine are automatically transferred back to the players membership card account. Membership card account money can be withdrawn from the cashier or any of the three cash redemption terminals located in the gaming room MYCASH is a safe and secure way to play gaming machines (pin protected), it replaces the cash component of hand pays and eliminates the need to carry cash around the gaming floor while playing. Still not sure??... Ask any of our friendly staff for a demonstration. With MYCASH operational our staff will have more time to tend to your needs and answer any questions you have. They will also continue to provide morning and afternoon snacks. Don t forget to look for the drinks cart with our signature bottles of water. If you feel there are any other ways we can improve our service please do not hesitate to contact me. October saw the installation of 13 new machines and 20 of the latest games available. Keno are also launching a new game called Go Racing and it will be available to the patrons in Members; when entering the club please ensure that you swipe your membership card at the foyer swipes and see reception to keep your personal details up to date.
