Dated the 26 th June, OFFICE ORDER On the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee the following JBT teachers B.Ed pass are hereby promoted to the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) in the pay scale of Rs /= +3600/- grade pay plus usual allowances from the date shown against the incumbents being a left out cases on notional basis. Chhote Lal TGT (Arts) ST GMS Khangser U/C GSSS Gondla (L&S) ST GSSS Guwan () Conditions Personal Attention Before the above orders are implemented, the concerned /BPEO/Head of institution will ensure that the promotees fulfill the appended conditions:- 1. The above promotees will join at the place of his/her posting on promotion within 15 days from the date of issuance of this order failing which the promotion orders shall deemed to be withdrawn automatically for one year or till the date of next D.P.C which ever is later. No specific orders with reference to withdrawal of promotion will be issued separately. 2. No promotee has right to forego the promotion in public interest and promotion can be enforced. However, if some one applies to adduce for refusal of promotion to the appointing authority he/she will be debarred for one year of up to the next DPC whichever is later. In case of non acceptance of reason to forego the promotion by the accepting/appointing authority he/she will not be considered for promotion in future and shall be debarred forever. 3. The above promotion is subject to review due to any consequential administrative reasons. If any discrepancy on any account comes to the notice then relieving/joining may not be accepted and the matter may be brought in to the notice of HOD for further necessary action. 4. Those who have been posted outside the sub-cadre/tribal area will have to serve in difficult sub-cadre as and when it is administratively required. 5. Before relieving the official to join at the new place of posting on promotion it may be ensured that no departmental enquiry/vigilance case is pending against any of the promotees. 6. The seniority in Trained Graduate Teachers cadre of these promotees shall be determined on the basis of their position of seniority held in the present cadre. 7. The JBT Teachers have been posted taking into consideration their appointments as regular JBT trained, not untrained teachers. The BPEO/Head of concerned institution under whose control the promotees are at present working shall confirm before issuing the orders that the date of appointment given each name above is as regular trained teacher, not as untrained teacher. If it is not in that event promotion orders will not be implemented. Such cases be referred back indicating date of their regular appointment as trained teacher.

That the educational and professional qualifications possessed by the concerned JBT will be the same as prescribed by the department for the post of TGT in the concerned group(subject) before the joining report is accepted. The Head of the school will ensure that the educational and professional qualification possessed by the candidate is from a recognized University. Necessary verification to this effect is to be made by the Head of the concerned school at the time of his/her joining. Duly attested copies of certificates awarded to the candidates by the recognized University/Board be kept in the office for record. 9. That the promotee must have passed B.A. with English as an elective subject 10. That the Principal/HM will also ensure that promotion orders of the junior teachers must comprise JBT teacher only. 11. That the candidate will produce certificate regarding their status as SC/ST at the time of their relieving/joining. 12. That every promotee will submit attested copies of B.A/B.Ed, detail marks sheet alongwith degrees to the Principal/HM concerned before orders are implemented. 13. That in case of any factual error/omission is deducted later on, the promotion orders so issued will be withdrawn and the concerned teacher shall have no claim for the same. The principal/hm will obtain an undertaking to this effect from every promotee before they are relieved on promotion to the next station. 14. The concerned Head of schools will send the relieving/joining reports of the promotees to this Directorate with a copy to the Deputy Director of Elementary Education. All heads shall ensure that complete charge held by the promotee(s) is properly handed over before the relieving. 15. The above official will be entitled to TA/DA as admissible under the rules. 16. Before relieving the official to join at the new place of posting on promotion, it may be ensured that no departmental inquiry/vigilance case is pending against the said official. Work & conduct of the promotee(s) for the last 3 years must be satisfactory/good 17 The above promotion orders are subject to review due to any consequential administrative reasons. Endst. Virender TGT(Medical) UR GHS Kandal () Conditions Personal Attention Before the above orders are implemented, the concerned /BPEO/Head of institution will ensure that the promotees fulfill the appended conditions:- 1. The above promotees will join at the place of his/her posting on promotion within 15 days from the date of issuance of this order failing which the promotion orders shall deemed to be withdrawn automatically for one year or till the date of next D.P.C which ever is later. No specific orders with reference to withdrawal of promotion will be issued separately. 2. No promotee has right to forego the promotion in public interest and promotion can be enforced. However, if some one applies to adduce for refusal of promotion to the appointing authority he/she will be debarred for one year of up to the next DPC whichever is later. In case of non acceptance of reason to forego the promotion by the accepting/appointing authority he/she will not be considered for promotion in future and shall be debarred forever. 3. The above promotion is subject to review due to any consequential administrative reasons. If any discrepancy on any account comes to the notice then relieving/joining may not be accepted and the matter may be brought in to the notice of HOD for further necessary action. 4. Those who have been posted outside the sub-cadre/tribal area will have to serve in difficult sub-cadre as and when it is administratively required. 5. Before relieving the official to join at the new place of posting on promotion it
15 may be ensured that no departmental enquiry/vigilance case is pending against any of the promotees. 6. The seniority in Trained Graduate Teachers cadre of these promotees shall be determined on the basis of their position of seniority held in the present cadre. 7. The JBT Teachers have been posted taking into consideration their appointments as regular JBT trained, not untrained teachers. The BPEO/Head of concerned institution under whose control the promotees are at present working shall confirm before issuing the orders that the date of appointment given each name above is as regular trained teacher, not as untrained teacher. If it is not in that event promotion orders will not be implemented. Such cases be referred back indicating date of their regular appointment as trained teacher. 8. That the educational and professional qualifications possessed by the concerned JBT will be the same as prescribed by the department for the post of TGT in the concerned group(subject) before the joining report is accepted. The Head of the school will ensure that the educational and professional qualification possessed by the candidate is from a recognized University. Necessary verification to this effect is to be made by the Head of the concerned school at the time of his/her joining. Duly attested copies of certificates awarded to the candidates by the recognized University/Board be kept in the office for record. 9. That the Principal/HM will also ensure that promotion orders of the junior teachers must comprise JBT teacher only. 10. That the candidate will produce certificate regarding their status as SC/ST at the time of their relieving/joining. 11. That every promotee will submit attested copies of B.Sc/B.Ed, detail marks sheet alongwith degrees to the Principal/HM concerned before orders are implemented. 12. That in case of any factual error/omission is deducted later on, the promotion orders so issued will be withdrawn and the concerned teacher shall have no claim for the same. The principal/hm will obtain an undertaking to this effect from every promotee before they are relieved on promotion to the next station. 13. The concerned Head of schools will send the relieving/joining reports of the promotees to this Directorate with a copy to the Deputy Director of Elementary Education. All heads shall ensure that complete charge held by the promotee(s) is properly handed over before the relieving. 14. The above official will be entitled to TA/DA as admissible under the rules. 15. Before relieving the official to join at the new place of posting on promotion, it may be ensured that no departmental inquiry/vigilance case is pending against the said official. Work & conduct of the promotee(s) for the last 3 years must be satisfactory/good 16. The above promotion orders are subject to review due to any consequential administrative reasons.
