1 File Number: Health-A-B(8)1/2007-Pt-1 Order-No: /04/2013 Department of HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE Dated: Shimla , the 25/04/2013 Notification On the recommendations of the Selection Committee constituted for assessing the suitability of Medical Officers (Dental) for regularization of their services on completion of six years contractual tenure, the Governor,Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order the regularization of contract services of following Medical Officers (Dental), from the date of completion of their six years of contractual service, in the public interest subject to fulfilling the following conditions. The aforesaid Medical Officers(Dental) will be regularized in the pay band of Rs Rs.5400 Grade Pay. 2. These Medical Officers(Dental) will be entitled to draw dearness and other allowances at the rates admissible and subject to the conditions laid down in the rules and orders governing grant of such allowances in force from time to time. 3. The posts are temporary- but likely to become permanent. 4. Private Practice of any kind whatsoever is prohibited. However, in lieu therefore, the Medical Officers (Dental) will be entitled for non practicing allowance as fixed by the Government from time to time. 5. The service condition of regularization shall be governed under Civil Dental Services,Rules,2010 or any other rules framed in this regards by the Government. 6. The Regularization shall carry with it the liability to serve in any part of India/Himachal Pradesh including the defense in time of emergency. 7. These MOs (Dental)on Regularization will be on probation for two years and his/her services can be terminated at any time without giving a notice. After completion of the probation period the Medical Officer (Dental) appointees can be terminated at any time by giving one month s notice or pay in lieu thereof, by the appointing authority without assigning any reason. The Regularization will be further subject to the condition of following Certificate/declarations as under:- a) Certificate of Medical fitness issued by the Medical Board. b) A declaration to the effect that the appointees had not /shall not have more than one living spouse/shall not marry a person who has a living spouse. c) Taking to an oath of allegiance/faithfulness to the constitution of India or making a solemn affirmation. d) The Medical Officers (Dental) shall have to produce the following original certificate to CMO /MS/BMO and Principal while entries of Regularization in the Service Books of the concerned Medical Officers (Dental). i) Degree/Diploma/Certificates of educational and other technical qualifications. ii) Certificate of age alongwith a copy of Matricualtion certificate passed from recognized Board/University. iii) Character certificate from a Magistrate Ist Class or Gazetted Officer to whom the candidate may be known for the last three years. 8. The Regularization is subject to the character and antecedents of the candidates being found satisfactory on verification. 9. If the concerned M.O. (Dental)accepts the offer of regularization on above terms and conditions he /she after having been declare imedically fit by a Medical Board, should report for duties at the respective place of his/her postings. 10. Seniority will be given in the following manner:- i) Date of Joining as Contractual Medical Officer(Dental). ii) In case of same date of joining, date of birth will be taken as second distinguishing criterion.
