To provide the data of all schools section-wise adjoining to the Kalka-Shimla Railway Track. 3. To ensure the presence of students and teachers for the Awarenesscum-Cleanliness 4. To pass an officer order to direct school administration to send the students and teachers for awareness drive on 12 th May, (Being Holiday). 5. More participation of students be secured nearby Railway Stations in both districts. 6. Students be instructed not to cross railway track, tunnels and bridges and to walk by the side of the track. 7. Students be sensitized about Awareness drive at pre-camp Page 5 of 8 with Chairman, DLSA Shimla and assured wide coverage to the event. 1. Meeting held with Dr. Sonam Negi 2 Nodal Officers appointed 1 in each district. 3 Ambulances and 1 bike Ambulance for District Solan along with necessary staff. 2 Ambulances and 1 bike Ambulance for District Shimla along with necessary staff gloves and Masks each for both Districts. 1. List of schools supplied for Shimla and Solan District. 2. Order issued to Schools of Shimla District to depute 100 Students (Preferably NSS/Scout Guides) from 9 th to 12 th Classes on Similar order is required to be issued for District Solan. 4. Students should be 14 years and above.

To attach an Empty Coach in each train moving during the period of campaign. 8. To issue certificates to the participants/students. 9. To distributed prizes to best performing schools To provide garbage vans to lift the garbage form the hot spots/ destination points. 2. To engage various NGOs/SHGs and MC Officials in the Awarenesscum-Cleanliness 3. To associate ward members, municipal councilors in the Awareness-cum-Cleanliness 4.
