1 Government of Himachal Pradesh Department of HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE File Number: Health-A-B(2)6/2012-Loose Dated: Shimla , the 28/10/2014 Order-No: /10/2014 Notification On the recommendations of the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to offer appointment to the following s in the Department of Health & Family Welfare, on regular basis in the pay band of Rs GP. 5400/- plus N.P.A. and other allowances and to post them in the Health Institutions mentioned against their names. 2. These appointee will be entitled to draw dearness and other allowances at the rates admissible and subject to the conditions laid down in the rules and orders governing grant of such allowances in force from time to time. 3. The terms and conditions of this appointment shall be as under:- i) The post is temporary, but likely to become permanent. ii) Private practice of any kind whatsoever is prohibited. However, in lieu thereof the appointee will be entitled for non-practcing allowance as fixed by the government from time to time. iii) The service conditions of the appointee shall be governed under s [General Wing Class-I, Gazetted] Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2004 further amended from time to time or any other Rules framed in this regard by the Government. iv) The appointee shall carry with him/her the liability to serve in any part of India/Himachal Pradesh including in defence of the country in an emergency. v) The appointee will be on probation for a period of two years and his / her services can be terminated at any time without giving any notice [After completion of probation period the appointee can be terminated by giving one month s notice or pay in lieu thereof, by the appointing authority without assigning any reason. 4. The appointment will be further subject to the conditions of production of the following certificates/declarations in original:- a) Certificate of Medical Fitness issued by the Medical Board constituted by the Government in this respect. b) A declaration to the effect that the appointee had no/shall not/have more than one living spouse/shall not marry a person who has a living spouse. c) An affidavit making a solemn affirmation that:- an oath of allegiance/faithfulness to the Constitution of India has been taken d) Degree/Diploma/Certificate of educational and other technical qualifications. e) Certificate of age along-with a copy of Matriculartion Certificate obtained from a recognized Board/University. f) Character certificate from a Magistrate 1st Class or Gazetted Officer to whom the candidate may be known for the last three years. 5. The appointment is subject to the character and antecedents of the candidate being found satisfactory on verification. 6. If the appointee accepts the offer of appointment on the above terms and conditions he /she after having been declared medically fit by a Medical Board, should report for duties at his place of posting on or before, 10th November, 2014 positively, failing which the offer of appointment issued will be treated as cancelled. Legal action will, however, be taken against the bonded appointee, if he does not join his duties within the stipulated period. 7. No transfer / traveling allowance will be allowed for joining the duties in case of fresh appointees.
