1 M e d i a R e l e a s e 2011 Australasian Investor Relations Awards Winners announced today 1 December The winners of the 2011 Australasian Investor Relations Awards were announced last night at the Annual AIRA Gala Dinner. The Australasian Investor Relations Awards recognise listed entities that have excelled in Investor Relations over the year. Winners are determined based on voting from domestic and international equities analysts and fund managers. AIRA CEO, Ian Matheson said, These awards are part of AIRA s programme to advance the awareness of investor relations in Australasia. Since the Australasian Investor Relations Association was formed ten years ago we have seen improvements from year to year in the investor communication strategies of listed entities. These awards are an opportunity to recognise and acknowledge leaders in the investor relations field, said Matheson. Detailed results are listed below. For more information about the AIRA s Australasian Investor Relations Awards or the survey results please contact Ian Matheson on or administration@aira.org.au Award & Sponsor PriceWaterhouseCoopers Award For Best Investor Relations By A Company In The S&P/ASX 50 UBS Award For Best Investor Relations By A Company In The S&P/ASX Mid-Cap 50 MAGNUS Investor Relations + Corporate Communications Award For Best Investor Relations By A Company In The ASX Mid-Cap 100 Kojo Award For Best Investor Relations By A Company In The ASX Mid-Cap 200 ASX Award For Best Investor Relations By A Company In The S&P/ASX Emerging Companies Index Craig s Investment Partners Award For Best Investor Relations By A New Zealand Company Best Investor Day By An Australasian Company Insight Communications Award For Best Investor Relations Website By An Australasian Company Computershare Award For Best Communication During A Corporate Action By An Australasian Company Regnan Award For Best Environmental, Social and Governance Disclosure By An Australasian Company CBA Award For Most Improved Investor Relations By An Australasian Company CLSA Award For Best International Investor Relations By a Company In the S&P/ASX 200 Deutsche Bank Award For Overall Best Investor Relations By A Company In The S&P/ASX Winner AMP Limited Challenger Limited Fletcher Building Limited Ivanhoe Australia Limited Elders Limited Fletcher Building Limited Suncorp Group Limited Joint Winners: AMP Limited Westpac Banking Group AMP Limited Westpac Banking Group Toll Holdings Limited BHP Billiton Limited AMP Limited
