Bring forward a policy discussion that approved the department protocol for the amount differential for Asphalt vs. Concrete. Provide a memo to Council that breaks down the Affordable Housing Policy discussion into the types of buyers for easier discussion. Focus on the lower income buyers and ways to assist them with permanent housing. Bring Back the SQH Lease having negotiated regarding the 135 acres, consider the original lease. Bring forward a policy discussion regarding the Ordinance related to waiving Wastewater/Lot Acreage Fees and its connection with providing Wastewater across the Oso. Bring forward an agenda item to discuss the policy regarding the use of park funds including the Community Enrichment Funds and the revenue from Park Sales. Provide a memo to Council that discusses the late water bill payments.
