4 Day 05: Experience Kuranda All Inclusive After Breakfast, coach will pick you up from your hotel to commence a full day Kuranda All Inclusive tour. Transfer to the Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park where you will be greeted by an indigenous guide who will escort you through the park to discover the ancient culture through theatres, stage shows and demonstrations. Enjoy buffet lunch at Tjapukai. At 12.45pm board the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway and glide above the rainforest canopy to Kuranda with stops along the way at Red Peak Station and Barron Falls Station. On arrival there is free time to explore the Village in the Rainforest, and its many attractions, including the Heritage Markets which operates daily, the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary or Kuranda Koala Gardens (own expense). At 3.30pm board the Kuranda Scenic Railway to Cairns, and enjoy spectacular views as the train travels through 15 hand cut tunnels and past spectacular waterfalls. Stop at Barron Gorge to view the falls before arriving at Freshwater Station. Tour concludes at approximately 4.50pm, at which time hotel drop offs will commence. 6 Day 10: Full Day to Canberra After Breakfast, proceed for a full day tour to Canberra. Journey to Canberra with a morning break near quaint Berrima. On arrival into Canberra, travel to the summit of Mt Ainslie for a view of Canberra and surrounds. Arrive at the Australian War Memorial which combines a shrine, a world class museum and extensive archive. Hear the history of the ANZAC's as you travel along the boulevard dedicated to the participants of two world wars. After lunch (own expense), join a private guided tour of either the National Museum of Australia or the National Gallery (subject to change due to current exhibits and displays). Gain an insight into the workings of the capital of Australia with a private guided tour of Parliament House with the opportunity to view the upper or lower Houses of Parliament (when in session). See the Lodge, the Prime Minister's residence and travel the pretty tree-lined streets and view diplomatic homes and embassies of many foreign ambassadors, reflecting their fascinating cultures and architecture. See Captain Cook Memorial Fountain, the National Library and the High-Court, view Carillons beautiful bell tower and the gardens of Commonwealth Park. Return to Sydney with a dinner break along the way (own expense). Overnight at Hotel in Sydney (Breakfast) Day 11: Blue Mountains with Featherdale Wild Life Park or Jenolan caves After Breakfast, a full day tour to the Blue Mountains. Arrive at Scenic World and join the optional Blue Mountains rides - Scenic Railway, Cableway or Skyway (own expense). These rides are a great way to see the steep valleys, canyons and Three Sisters rock formation. Stopping at a vantage point, you'll be treated to a spectacular view of the Three Sisters. Discover Leura village where you will have free time for lunch (own expense) or the chance to wander the streets. Featherdale Wild life park:next enjoy an afternoon encounter at Featherdale Wildlife Park and have your photo taken with a cuddly koala (own expense), see kangaroos, wombats, dingoes and little penguins. 7 Day 12: Day for Shopping with Cabaret Dinner Cruise After Breakfast, you can proceed for shopping at market Place, after shopping later in the evening proceed for Sydney Showboat Cruise. Then board the Sydney Showboat paddle wheeler vessel at Wharf 5, King Street Wharf to commence a Cabaret dinner cruise. Boarding is from 7.00pm, for a 7.30pm departure. Enjoy dinner on board followed by a live show with dancers and cabaret singer, whilst cruising Sydney Harbour in air-conditioned comfort. There are expansive outdoor decks from which to enjoy the views. On arrival travel to Seal Bay for a walk on the beach amongst a colony of rare and wild Australian Sea Lions with an experienced guide. Head to Vivonne Bay for a two-course lunch, followed by a visit to Hanson Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. Spend the afternoon at Flinders Chase National Park, renowned as a sanctuary for native Australian animals including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and echidnas. See the rugged coastline from walks around Remarkable Rocks and Admiral's Arch. Remarkable Rocks provides great photographic opportunities, and the Admiral's Arch boardwalk takes you down a rugged cliff face to reveal this spectacular rock archway, a natural nursery and safe haven for playful New Zealand fur seals that can be seen resting, swimming and playing in the waves or on the rocks. 8 Day 15: Adelaide Melbourne (Philip Island) After Breakfast, you can proceed to Adelaide airport for your flight to Melbourne. On arrival at Melbourne transfer to Hotel on sic basis, then proceed to Philip Island Coach will pick you up from your hotel for your transfer to the corner of Flinders and Russell Street at Federation Square, the departure point of your tour. At 1.15pm join your coach to commence your afternoon and evening Phillip Island Tour. Journey south-east and visit Maru Koala and Animal Park which has a large number of exhibits including koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, Tasmanian devils, emus and native Australian birds. View spectacular coastal scenery at the Nobbies, two rocky outcrops abundant in marine life. From the walkways you may be able to catch a glimpse of Australia's largest population of fur seals living along the coastline. Browse through the Phillip Island Visitors Information Centre and learn about the little penguins and life on this island. 9 Day 17: Melbourne Combo tour of Puffing Billy with Yarra Valley After Breakfast, Escape to the country with this delightful 9-hour tour from Melbourne. After a 25-mile (40-km) drive to the Dandenong Ranges, stop at Grants Reserve mountain café for a mid-morning Aussie tea complete with Vegemite and lamington cake.
