30 CANCELLATION POLICY This cancellation policy applies to all pre booked Private Charter and Day Tour services contracted with Limousine South. Multi-day Tours: Cancellations of previously confirmed multi-day tour bookings notified within 7 days of the commencement of service will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the confirmed price. Cancellations of previously confirmed multi-day tour bookings notified within 24 hours of the commencement of service will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the confirmed price. Day Tours And Small Group Tours: Cancellations of previously confirmed services notified more than 48 hours before the commencement of services will not be charged, with the exception of third party costs Limousine South has incurred as a result of the cancellation (hotels, activities, contracted guiding services, etc.). Cancellations of services between 24 hours to 48 hours of the booked pick up time will be charged at 50% of the confirmed price, with the exception of third party costs Limousine South has incurred as a result of the cancellation (hotels, activities, contracted guiding services, etc.), which may be charged at 100%. Cancellations of services within 24 hours of the booked pick up time will be charged at 100% of the confirmed price. Airport Transfers: No cancellation fees apply to airport transfer services.
