MEYE OAD, LOSDALE Land ownership This council owned land is located at Meyer oad, Lonsdale. The site is approximately 1 kilometre inland from the Gulf St Vincent and slopes from south to north providing direct sea views. Access The site boasts an extensive 940 metres of street front access onto Meyer oad, a frontage split into two sections only by a small parcel of land owned by the oyal Society for the rotection of Animals (SA). The extensive 8 hectare site represents numerous possibilities for commercial development. Surrounding areas Typical surrounding development includes offices, workshops, recycling centres and factories on the western side of Meyer oad, established throughout the 1970s 80s with more recent development in Magna ourt providing a superior standard of industrial accommodation.
