58 Flight Tracking The Operations Control Center is responsible for monitoring and tracking inbound and outbound flights depending on conditions that require their attention to avoid impact on the performance of daily operations and service to customers, using the necessary tools, radars and systems of the airlines.
59 Flight planning Itinerary, special flights, charter and extras are scheduled. Taking in consideration the status of the fleet, crews, weather conditions, limitations, restrictions, schedules, passengers, cargo and fuel.
60 Flight dispatch The Laats Dispatcher after collecting all information regarding the factors involved in the dispatch of the aircraft, will determine the correct control of the Weight, and distribution of passengers, cargo (luggage, mail and cargo), always taking care of the operational limitations of the flight crew.
61 Flight dispatch To achieve this end, the proper implementation of each and every one of the corresponding procedures established by manuals, without omitting or altering any of them. The manifest of weight and balance, can be generated by an electronic system of a contracted provider, or through the weight and balance manual and as an alternative the manual medium will be used.
62 Air Operations The objective of tracking flights is to be aware of the status of airline operations at all times, to alert the areas involved in the daily operation to any operational irregularities, as well to provide operational support to flight crews in all the phases and other departments involved.
