5 09/03/2008 9:00:00 PM My home is in a condo and I face south on Carlton. At approximatetly 9 pm. I was startled by the noise of a plane overhead. My windows were open as they often are. I do not live under a flight path but I do hear helicopters when they land or take off at Sick Kids. But this was overhead and I was startled to hear this. So I watched the flashing lights to see that this aircraft was headed towards Lake Ontario (south) and made a turn west where I can only suspect it landed at the Island Airport as it was low enough for me to hear it in the first place. Is there now a flight path over my home at Church and Carlton? B-06 I have received and reviewed your concerns regarding a new flight path over your area. There is no new designated flight path, however, aircraft are permitted to fly-over any area of the City as long as they are 1000 feet above the highest building. I reviewed the radar flight data at the time of complaint, and I did not notice any irregular aircraft activity. Other 13/03/2008 9:05:00 PM loud airplane landing noise No unusual aircraft activity.
