For AIRCRAFT manufacturers Our service include: Wire harness engineering - Head of versions - Version splits Check of reference documentation Harness installation Configuration management of harness & installation drawings Handling of non conformities Service bulletins Since 1997 we successfully completed cable harness projects for more than Long Range aircraft and for almost Single Aisle aircraft.
7 AES provides electrical interface installation for Long Range galleys (A330 & A340). Electrical interfaces from aircraft to Monuments The scope of work for galleys, lavatories, stowages etc. includes: Preparation of galley interface specifications Preparation of part lists Analysis of installation space Installation of wire harnesses Interface drawings and installation drawings (2D derivations from CATIA) Handling of non-conformities. AES performs the harness routing in the forward and aft sections of the Airbus A330 fuselage. Loadmaster control-system For A400M AES provides electrical engineering for the loadmaster control system of the Airbus A400M aircraft: Preparation of wiring diagrams from principle diagrams Preparation of part lists and wire lists 3D cable harness integration Installation drawings System Integration Preparation of jigboard drawings Installation support
9 We prepare technical repercussion sheets (TRS) and support the electrical integration for the integrated fuselage assembly (IFA) for Airbus A400M (on-site). Electrical change process & on-site installation The TRS contain the technical documentation of all changes made during the design phase and their impacts on other systems of the Airbus A400M. We analyse all changes, keep track of them and pre-define solutions for the modification opening. We provide on-site installation support by handling quality documents such as design query notes (DQN). Solution proposals are provided for the assembly line and the requirements are given to the design office. Our engineers handle all complaints concerning the electrical systems, i.e.: ATA 873 (equipment installation) ATA 878 (cable installation) ATA 879 (cable looms) Additionally we offer: Analysis of change requests (CR) Modification closure Solutions
