Competitors participating in the WCPFC(Freestyle) ONLY, who wish to arrive prior to their official arrival day ( ), but after the official arrival day of the WCPC ( ), can be accommodated in the official hotels only with prior arrangement with the Organizer. 8 10 Equipment 10.1 As stated in SC 5 and the Competition Rules Canopy Piloting An AAD is not required for CP jumps exiting below 2000m. Closing date for registration via the NAC Minimum number of participants: 4 13 Medical / emergency details A full medical team will be onsite with ambulance. Qualified Doctor, Junior Medic and Driver as a minimum. Nearest hospital (Regional Medical Center) is ~15min from DZ. Rescue Helicopters are based in Regional Medical Center, 4 min flight from DZ. 14 Insurance details Personal health insurance and repatriation coverage - covering damage resulting from parachuting in Poland - are the sole responsibility of each participant and are required. Liability insurance coverage to third parties for the event is provided by the organizer. Any damage to hotel rooms or third party claims is the responsibility of the persons involved. Personal items and equipment are the responsibility of the owner/user.

9 15 Visa information Visas for EU/EEA citizens: Citizens from EU or EEA countries do not require a visa to enter Poland. These include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Visas for non EU/EEA citizens: Citizens from the following countries do not need a visa to enter when staying in Poland for less than 90 days: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Costa Rica, Chile, Croatia, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Nicaragua, New Zealand, Panama, Paraguay, Salvador, San Marino, Singapore, Switzerland, United States of America, Uruguay, Vatican and Venezuela.
