1 Press Release For immediate Release 9 new services in Abu Dhabi City and modification of 26 existing services The Department of Transport in Abu Dhabi Expands its Public Bus Transport Network in Abu Dhabi City Abu Dhabi, April In response to the growing needs of bus services amongst commuters in Abu Dhabi City, the Department of Transport (DoT) in Abu Dhabi announced that 9 new services have been added to the bus network, in addition to the modification of 26 existing services and the cancellation of 2 services. Operations of these services has commenced recently. The new services that operate in Abu Dhabi are: Service number (101): Abu Dhabi Mezyyad Mall - Mussafah - Dalma Mall. This service is available every one hour. Service number (103): Abu Dhabi Mezyyad Mall - Mussafah - Mohamed Bin Zayed City South Service number (104): Abu Dhabi Mezyyad Mall - Mussafah Mohamed Bin Zayed City South East Service number (111): Abu Dhabi Mezyyad Mall - Mussafah Industrial Area - ICAD Residential City

2 Service number (130): Abu Dhabi Mezyyad Mall - Mohamed Bin Zayed City - Abu Dhabi University Service number (162): Abu Dhabi Khalifa City - MASDAR City Service number (204): Abu Dhabi Shahama Shalilah East Service number (301): Abu Dhabi Al Reef - Al Falah Al Jadeedah Service number (402): Abu Dhabi Baniyas West Al Wathba Souq Existing bus services have been modified as follows: Service number (007): Will stop at Marina Square on Al Reem Island in both directions Service number (010): Extended to Al Mina Shopping Centre Service number (110): Rerouted via Mazyad Mall and Labour Relations Office in Mazyad Mall Service number (115): Extended to Emirates Driving School via Mazyad Mall and Jimi Labour Camp Service number (120): Rerouted via Mazyad Mall and Labour Relations Office in Mazyad Mall Service number (155): Extended to the North Mosque in Shakhbout City (previously known as Khalifa City B ) Service number (160): Rerouted via Zayed Grand Mosque, Khalifa City and Street number 15 Service number (161): Operations from Al Marina, Zayed Sport City, Khalifa City and Masdar City are cancelled; instead, this service will operate from Khalifa

3 Street in Abu Dhabi City, Khalifa City, and Street number 15 heading towards Khalifa City North Service number (190): Extended to Yas Island East (ALDAR Offices) Service number (200): Extended to Al Raha Hospital via Al Bahya, Deerfield Mall and Abu Dhabi City Municipality - Al Shahama Center. This service is available every one hour 24-hours a day Service number (201): Extended to Al Shalilah Service number (202): Rerouted via Al Bahya and Deerfield Mall Service number (203): Rerouted via Al Bahya and Deerfield Mall Service number (210): Extended to Emirates Driving Company, rerouted via Al Bahya, Emirates Park Zoo and Deerfield Mall Service number (218): Rerouted via Al Bahya, Emirates Park Zoo and Deerfield Mall Service number (300): Frequency adjusted to every 60 minutes 24-hours a day Service number (302): Extended to Al Falah West Service number (304): Rerouted via Al Shamkha Shopping Mall Service number (400): Extended to Al Wathba worker city; frequency adjusted to every 60 minutes 24-hours a day Service number (401): Extended to Baniyas East Souq Service number (406): Rerouted via Fatima College OF Health Sciences in Al Mafraq Service number (411): Rerouted via Al Mafraq and Baniyas East, extended to Al Wathba South Service number (420): Extended to Al Wathba and Al Wathba worker city Service number (444): Frequency adjusted to every 60 minutes

4 Service number (447): Extended to Bawabat Al Sharq Mall; rerouted via Baniyas East and Al Wathba Camel Farms Airport Service (A1): Rerouted via Abu Dhabi Gate City and Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) Cancelled bus services are: Service number (116): replaced by service number 102 and 115 Service number (150): replaced by service number 155, 210, 404, 405, and 406 Mr. Mohamed Nasser Al Otaiba, General Manager of the Bus Office at the Department of Transport (DoT) in Abu Dhabi, said: This step represents a link in the chain of infrastructure development of the public transport services, which is considered the most commonly used method of transport. The DOT s plans and strategy which aim to connect all areas of Abu Dhabi City to cover the entire geographical areas used by public transport users, especially in light of the urban and economic development, by continually increasing and modifying the number of services, which would ultimately contribute to their comfort and well-being he added. -End-
