Our final destination for the day will be Vanrhynsdorp. Here we will overnight at Namaqua Lodge. Included: Dinner Km: 300 DAY 2: We depart from Vanrhynsdorp and head to Vioolsdrif Border Post. Once officially in Namibia, we make our way to the Fish River Canyon. We will spend the night near the Canyon at Ai-Ai s hot water springs resort. Km: 500 DAY 3: After breakfast, we head to the Fish River Canyon, the biggest Canyon in Africa. Afterwards, we travel via Aus to Luderitz in the Karas region. Along the way, we might catch a glimpse of the famous wild horses of the Namib Desert. The awe-inspiring beauty of the desert promises to put us at peace as we travel through it. Just over the next sand dune, the coastal town of Luderitz awaits where we will spend the night at Kratzplatz. Entrance fee included: Fish River Canyon Km: 450 DAY 4: Today we make our way back towards Aus, but first take the turn-off to the ghost town, Kolmanskop. Here we take a guided tour through the sand dunes that engulfed an entire town. After the tour, we travel past Helmeringhausen to Hammerstein Lodge for tonight s accommodation. Here you can take part on a guided walk to see the cheetahs, caraculs and leopard. Entrance fee included: Kolmanskop Km: 440

2 DAY 5: Sossusvlei and all its glory are what awaits the day. The Namib-Naukluft National Park boasts with the oldest dunes in the world. These rustic red dunes tower endlessly through the park and around the pan with its specially adapted vegetation and the occasional oryx and ever curious ostrich. We find the mysterious fairy circles on the foot of some dunes. We will spend the night just outside of the Sesriem gate. Entrance fee included: Sossusvlei Km: 230 DAY 6: Today we follow a route through the Khomas and Erongo regions to the coast. Close to Walvis Bay we visit Dune 7 and see the beautiful flamingo colony at the bay. From here we travel towards Swakopmund where we will spend two nights at Bay View Resort on Longbeach. Km: 350 DAY 7: After breakfast, we have a short trip planned to explore Oasis Goanikontes, the moonlandscape and the living fossil or Welwitschia plant. The mesmerising lichen fields can also be seen along this route. After the trip, you will have the rest of the day to yourself to explore Swakopmund. Entrance fee included: Moon landscape & Welwitchias DAY 8: From Swakopmund, we make our way north through the Oshikoto region to Etosha National Park. We will spend 2 nights in Okaukuejo resort in Etosha National Park. Km: 510 DAY 9: Around 13:00 pm we get our cameras ready for the exciting game drive in the park until sunset. We will spend some time at the resort where you can visit the waterhole. Km: 200 DAY 10: We begin our way back home. We depart from Etosha National Park towards Windhoek. We will spend the night here at Arebbusch and enjoy a sumptuous meal before bed. Km: 450 DAY 11: From Windhoek, we travel further South via Mariental and Keetmanshoop, towards Grunau. Here we will spend our last night in Namibia in Grunau Hotel. We can recap on our experiences before bidding farewell to this beautiful country. Km: 660 DAY 12: We leave for Noordoewer Border Post and re-enter South Africa. From here we journey to Vanrhynsdorp, where we will spend the last night at Namaqua Lodge. You may wish to book an optional day tour (for own account) in Swakopmund (Skydiving, quad-biking, sand-boarding, a scenic flight over the Skeleton coast or a catamaran cruise with oyster breakfast in Walvis Bay). Many optional activities are on offer (for own account); visit the aquarium, various museums or the crystal gallery. DAY 9: From Swakopmund, we make our way north through the Oshikoto region to Damaraland. We will spend a night near Twyfelfontein with its famous organ pipes and petroglyphs art at the UNESCO recognised world heritage site. You can either spend the rest of the day at the lodge, or take part in an excursion to the heritage site. Km: 360

6 DAY 10: From Twyfelfontein, we make our way north through the Oshikoto region to Etosha National Park. We will spend 2 nights in Okaukuejo resort in Etosha National Park. Km: 350 DAY 11: Around 13:00pm we get our cameras ready for the exciting game drive in the park until sunset. We will spend some time at the resort where you can visit the waterhole. &trance fee included: Etosha National Park Km: 200 DAY 12: We begin our way back home. We depart from Etosha National Park toward Windhoek. We will spend the last night at Arebbusch and enjoy a sumptuous meal together on the last evening of the tour. Km: 470

Namibia is a country of exceptional diversity, language and tradition. There are 11 ethnic groups with nomadic and seminomadic lifestyles. After each tour, the photos of that tour will be uploaded to Facebook. This is just another free service which Namaqua Tours offers. What happens when Namaqua Tours cancel a tour? The tour will only take place for a minimum of 6 people. Namaqua Tours undertake not to cancel any tour as far as possible. If it should ever happen that we must cancel a tour, we shall refund your money within 24 hours plus 10% interest per year. How do I book a tour at Namaqua Tours? When you have decided to book one of our tours, complete the application form. Then or fax it to our office. You can also do a booking online on our website. We shall then do the rest (hotel and flight bookings if indicated as such by you). You will receive a tour reference number and the bank particulars of Namaqua Tours. This reference number must appear on your deposit slip. This tour reference number must also be indicated on all correspondence with regard to the tour that you booked. We DO NOT supply bank particulars without a booking form. The only reason for this is that tour members deposited money in the past without a tour reference number and that they did not do a booking per fax or . It has happened that prospective tour members deposited money, but that that specific tour was already fully booked.
