Your Trip of a Lifetime to Egypt (Kmt) Tour, where you will visit the only remaining wonder of the world still standing, the Pyramids, is one year away. Most of the sites regularly featured on documentaries such as the Valley of the Kings and Queens, both Temples of Amun, Temple of Heru (Horus), Temple of Het-Heru, Temple of Aset (Isis) and Abu Simbel are included in this tour package. Upon arrival to each site you will quickly notice the engineering and mathematical brilliance displayed in the structures made of stone. Massive is the first word that comes to mind when attempting to describe the size and scale of each one. And even amid structures larger than any others anywhere else in the world you find within them an attention to detail that words cannot describe. In the pages that follow are the specific details about the tour. The dates of the tour, itinerary, pictures with the names of the two 5 and one 4 Star lodging hotels, meals and of course all-inclusive pricing details. Additionally, you will find a special pricing plan for those who act now to secure their space. 1 Finally, the Waiver, Cancellation and Refund Policies and Registration Form are provided. Over the next three months, through pre-recorded videos sent to your address, you will be provided with specific details about how to prepare for the tour and what to expect when we arrive in Egypt. They will arrive by once every two weeks and will begin on or about two weeks from today. The topics and approximate date of delivery of each will be provided to you within the next 3-5 days. 4 Option 1 Suggested Payment Plan $300 Deposit December - $533 March - $533 January - $533 April - $533 February- $533 May - $530 The complete tour package price is $3,495 dollars US and requires a $300-dollar deposit to secure. Option 1 payments can be made at any time in any amount of $350 or higher if the final payment is made by May 14, *Option 2 Suggested Payment Plan For a limited time, we are offering the identical tour package for $2995 dollars (Option 2) under the following conditions. Pay a $500 deposit on or before October 1, The first 35 people who do so on or before this date, whichever comes first, will receive the entire tour package for $2,995 dollars. $500 Deposit December -$416 March - $416 January - $416 April - $416 February - $416 May - $415 Option 2 payments can be made in any amount of $250 or higher if the final payment is made on or before May 14, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Option 1 and Option 2 deposit amounts are non-refundable. All cancellations must be received in writing. A 25% charge will be assessed for cancellations received within 60 days of departure. Cancellations made within 45 days of departure for the tour will receive NO refund. All cancellations are subject to a $100-dollar administrative fee. No exceptions will be made to this cancellation policy. It is understood that acts of God, war, or other events beyond the control of Opening The Way Publishing Company could prevent the tour from taking place. If something like this occurs prior to departure which would prevent the tour from taking place, the registration fee paid minus the deposit will be refunded. 5 Waiver It is understood that Opening The Way Publishing Company (OPW) and/or its agents may take pictures, record by video and/or audio, activities and/or group conference sessions. It is understood that during this photo/video/audio recording that your image or voice may be recorded. By attending this tour, you give permission to OPW and/or its agents to record your image through video and/or audio means and give permission to OPW and/or its agents to use any photo, video or audio recording that may contain your image or likeness. You voluntarily consent to allow the use of your image by OPW and/or its agents and waive any right to financial remuneration for its future potential use. You hereby release and hold harmless OPW and/or its agents for any claim by you, your heirs and/or assigns regarding the use of your image gathered during the tour for its future potential use. It is understood that you should purchase Travel Insurance in case of an emergency. It is understood that in this case that the cost to receive medical and/or other care rests solely with you and not OPW its agents or assigns. The choice of a travel insurance provider is exclusively yours. It is also understood that Tjef Sema Paut Neteru (Egyptian Yoga Exercises) will be offered each morning prior to that day s tour to stretch and warm up. You understand that engaging in these exercise sessions is strictly voluntary and if you do so, you participate at your own risk. You hereby waive any legal claim that you may have based upon an injury that could occur based upon your voluntary participation in these sessions and agree to hold harmless the Opening The Way and/or its agents from claims resulting there from. You represent that you are in good health and have no physical ailments; otherwise, you have consulted and have your doctor s permission to participate in this tour and its activities. In consideration of the fees paid for attending the tour you for yourself, heirs, personal representatives and or assigns, hereby release OPW and/ or any of its respective agents, employees, and/or officers, from any liability, damages, claims or causes of action, arising out of your participation in the tour except as otherwise provided by law. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless OPW and/or its agents from any claims, causes of action, or other judicial proceedings costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities including attorney fees brought solely because of your negligence, willful misconduct, and failure to abide by the rules and regulations promulgated by the sponsor. You also acknowledge your understanding that OPW and/or its agents act only as agent for various companies over the lines of which tickets are available and these tours operate and assumes no responsibility for liability with service in connection with the service of any vessel, carriage, aircraft, motor or other conveyance which may be used wholly or in part in the performance of its duty to the passenger, neither will it be responsible for any act, error of omission or for any injury, loss, accident delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through neglect or default of any hotel proprietor or hotel service, or for any other person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. If it becomes necessary or advisable to change any hotel for the comfort or wellbeing of the attendees for any reason whatsoever or to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passenger, conversely, refund will be made to the passenger if any saving is effected thereby. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should conditions warrant. I understand that Opening The Way Publishing Company and/or its agents reserve the right to ask me to leave the tour immediately at any time, without prior notice, if it/they feel that I am a disruption to the program. Examples of conduct that would cause this to occur include but are not limited to the following: 1) Intoxication of alcohol; 2) Smoking of cigarettes; 3) Smoking of marijuana; 4) Use of any type of illegal drug; In this event, you understand that no refund will be given to you and the expense incurred to travel back to your home state of origin will exclusively be borne by you. Dua means adorations and when you see it on the reliefs it is being done to acknowledge the essence of a person that is beyond physicality.
