15 In the year 2004, Swiss Steriplant AG enacted the registration from the Federal Office for community health in Bern (BAG) for the product: Steriplant N described as disinfectant, with the label none poisonous Swiss Steriplant AG is the first and only Company in Switzerland with the registration of this product

20 Appliance solution Required quantity of Steriplant N for the room disinfection with the ZELJET COLD STEAM Nebulizer: Treatment of a room with e.g. 1'000m 3 volume requires 5 litre Steriplant N mixed with 5 litre water (= 10 litre mixture 50/50% 1'000 m 3 ) Concentration of NaOCl: 1,75 ppm This means, that only 1,75 g dissolved sodium hypochlorite are nebulized within a room of 1 000m 3 air volume Proportion NaOCl inside 1 m 3 air: 1,75 mg 1 m 3 Steriplant N Fog

21 The disinfectant effectiveness with the ZELJET COLD STEAM Nebulizing units is being achieved by: The dispersion and enormous amount of the very tiny gas blisters The polarity of Steriplant N and the polarity of the micro organism The special designed jet nozzle of the ZELJET COLD STEAM apparatus, which is not affecting the structure of the gas blisters Traditional disinfectants and ultraviolet treatments are only poisoning respectively killing the germs (bacteria, virus, fungus, yeast etc.) Using Steriplant N the germs will be oxidized = burned/ eliminated and therefore they are not able to mutate and develop a dangerous resistance Important! As an important fact the disinfection/decontamination procedure with Steriplant N is verifiable not dangerous for the health of humans und animals!

29 Bacterium resistant to conventional disinfectant e.g. Staphylococcus aureus Due to the general resistance and the ability to build resistance across many pharmaceuticals, Staphylococcus has reached the status to be one of the most dangerous pathogenic agent which can be acquired in hospitals

30 A further well known problem: Bio film, respectively the biomass, which simply will be eliminated with Steriplant N Science Daily (Oct. 28, 2007) Microbes such as bacteria tend to live in complex colonies called biofilms, where there can resist antibiotics and cause more problems for the immune system. Bio films comprising millions of bacteria are at the root of many serious chronic infectious diseases such as cystic fibrosis and periodontal disease, as well as industrial contamination, bio fouling and bio corrosion.

Meanwhile, the product is listet under the new EU biozidal regulation following major permits and approvals: Biozidal-accreditation Nr. CHZN1017 of the BAG Bundesamt für Gesundheit (= Federal office for community health) in Switzerland Listet among Register Nr. 933 since December 2008 in Slowenia At Federal office for employment protection and health: BAUA, Bundesamt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin, Reg.
