Please understand that all submissions are subject to formatting and spelling adjustments. The chronicler reserves the right to edit any submissions for inappropriate content and may make changes to the final copy to ensure entries meet all guidelines for acceptability. Submission deadline for the upcoming month's Privy is by Business Meeting (3rd Monday of the month) and may be sent by hardcopy, disk or email to the Chronicler.

Exchequer: Tangestal took over office. Balance in checking account is 7,340.89 Report Format is being changed to better fit needs. New laptop was purchased Will need to be added to Bank account. Chamberlain: Will inventory shed Need repairs done on the shed.
Chronicler: Minutes were read and approved with the addition of Finna to those attending. Due to problems with the Web. Directory submission time will be extended to March 15 th. Web Minister: Is currently not able to get onto Kingdom website. Has several things to post once able to get on to Wed. Chatelaine: Will be holding an autocrat training and Heraldry training at Feb Ceilidh. Marshaling class in April. Have not been able to contact Nova for the return of Gold Key. Gold Key: Open Constabulary: Nothing to report Herald: Has been in office for almost 2 years. Thomas Sinclair will be taking Deputy Position. Please check OP to ensure all awards are correct. Herald class at Feb Ceilidh. Can be voice or book. Grete Boke: Not in attendance Did get some pictures of Baron Gawin and Baroness Marianna s last court. Arts and Sciences: Are having Fri Night Singing 1 time a month at Julianna s, Scribal nights check with Francesca. Heavy Marshal: No events or practices. Has archery equipment. Is checking into community parks etc for practice sites. Rapier Marshal: Not present. Target Marshal: Is stepping down. Has 2 good deputies that can handle it with no problems. Librarian/Stock Clerk: Will continue to be a combined office.
List Mistress Is open, closes next month. Water bearer Is stepping down. Dean of Pages: Hope to step up 2 pages at winter s End and 1 new page. Scribal: Will be working on new scrolls for the new awards. Chirurgeon: Attended Chirurgeon meeting at 12 th night, nothing to pass on. Waiting to hear on Pop Up and First Aid Kit. Old Business: Winter s End: o Will have set up the night before. o Prizes for Rapier, A&S o Mongol Smash=Heavy fighting. o Emma will coordinate gate o Erin will be heading up food set up. o Classes Black work Mead making Bargemels: o JJ has stepped down as autocrat. Elaine is taking over in that position with Fionna as co autocrat. o Crier copy to be in by the 28 th of January. Long and Short: o Need Autocrat Fall Coronet: o Will be held in Walnut Grove o Keys for wheeled carts to go to autocrat. New Business: Candidates for the position of Baron and Baroness need to turn letters in to his Magesty. Baron & Baroness: Delivered parting address, saying they were stepping down at this meeting and all regalia was being turned over to the Chamberlain at this meeting. 8:21 the meeting was adjourned.
